If I could give a zero, I would, 50 dollars for greasy burgers and didn’t even Ask for the nasty mushrooms ! I’m done know what is going on at this place but they need to stop, no wonder they didn’t not put prices on line. And you might need to rethink about putting stuff on a burger that’s not ask for, some could be allergic

Hadn’t been in years. Went today and was disappointed. The little burger tasted like one that came from a fast food place. Onions were not sautéed but crunchy. I was not greeted. I greeted the lady who I had a terrible time understanding. It was really loud too. Fries were great. Please be mindful of the salt to put on the meat. Sodium watcher! Sorry but way overpriced. Next time I’ll go to In and Out which is amazing.

Let me just say that I really love Five Guys especially for fries I find their food to be very tasty. However, when I got my food I returned it immediately
the person who rang up my order also made my burger. This person sneezed acouple of times at the register, granted they turned their face and sneezed into their shirt no issue there. When they were making my burger they didn't change gloves from doing the cash register to handling food and proceeded to wipe their nose with the back of their gloved hand. They didn't get new gloves or wash thier hands. I'm sorry but I don't want to get sick. When I went to the manager 5 minutes later and explained to them what happened they didn't seem the least bit concerned or alarmed that the employee had wipped thier nose on a gloved hand and then proceeded to handle food. They didn't talk to them after the fact and they didn't tell them to go wash their hands or nothing. I got my money back for the food but they kept the tip which I found irritating. Could you just please inform them that if they are handling stuff at a register and then handling food they need to change gloves and if they sneeze or touch their hair their shirts or their face with the gloves they need to change those gloves. I don't want anybody to get sick from food poisoning.

I called today around 8:30 to order a small Cajun fry , & the woman on the phone instantly said why can’t you order that online . Explained to her that I couldn’t due to an error but instead of placing my order she repeated that I should just order online . I don’t appreciate the customer service lol.

Just bought some Cajun fries and it’s like Lucas L. dumped the whole damn jar of seasoning on my fries. This is beyond Cajun. Literally high blood pressure fries.
I visited Friday around 2:30pm ordered burger and little cheese burger with little fries. Patties were very good and tasted like very fresh meat! Tomatoes and other vegetables inside the burger were fresh too. staffs were very friendly and the restaurant was clean inside! Thank you

Tried it for the first time and will not be back. I ordered a simple cheeseburger with regular onion, lettuce, mayonnaise and grilled peppers and what I opened up when I got home was dripping greasy soggy double meat burger with grilled onions several mushrooms, wilted lettuce, mustard, ketchup. $20 down the drain. The fries were good but I can get a much better Burger somewhere else for way less money. I'm sorry to say that this was one of the worst Burgers I ever ordered.

Haven’t had Five guys in a long time! First off, I’ve forgotten how pricy each burger is especially if you decide to get a double. We got two double bacon cheeseburgers with whatever additions we wanted like grilled onions and mushrooms, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, etc. and a regular fries. Their burgers were juicy and flavorful. Made fresh to order and the fries were good, but just super greasy, since the bag was covered with it. And with 2 drinks, it came out to around $38. So yah, delicious, but greasy food, and also pretty pricy. Overall, it’s still a good burger place. And the guy at the register was also very helpful and nice, so the service was good too.
