Went Sunday night and ordered a burger all the way with no mustard (allergy) a Vanilla Coke, and fries. Was going to get a shake cause they had some good looking options, but the machine was down or being cleaned or something so I couldn’t get one, not the end of the world.
Got my food which was a bit over priced in my opinion, took it home only to find out it had mustard.
Called 5 times before anyone answered the phone. The lady on the phone was very understanding and helpful. Said she would replace the burger. Went in the next day to get a replacement. All was well.
But as I stood at the pick up counter I realized I’m not only going to want a burger, I’m going to want fries and a drink too. So I go to the order counter and waited. No one thought to check in to see if I was going to order more. So finally when the burger was finished, I got to tell the clerk that I also wanted fries and a drink. I pay for those, wait for my fries, let my burger get cold, and unfortunately I have not enjoyed my experience.

Asked for 6 beef patties with cheese (no bun). Cashier couldn’t figure out how to add cheese, so he asked the manager. The manager came over with a dismissive attitude, didn’t offer any real help, didn’t listen to my suggestions, and didn’t even try to find a solution. No apology, no effort—just said ‘we can’t do that’ and walked off.

The burgers are good. Fresh ingredients & cooked to order.
A good, solid hamburger joint.
The fries are something special, but be careful, the small fry is plenty to eat for the two of us.

Went in to order just patties and cheese because I’m on an all meat diet. After waiting the manager Cintia comes up to say she will not give me cheese because in the system she can’t charge them. I let her know I’m here often and order the same thing and of course offered to pay for it. In front of other customers decided to argue with me and tell me she was going to either refund me or only give me only patties with no cheese because she can’t charge them. I don’t see how that’s my fault if I offered to pay for them. She eventually decides to grab 4 slices off f cheese uncooked and puts them in foil and throws them in the bag and tells me this is never going to happen again. Considering I buy for me and my family there at least once a week this is just bad for business and she needs to be handled.

First and last time here. Small, mediocre burgers. Fries are good, but overpriced, especially for the small amount you get. I wish I'd driven the extra 10 minutes to twisted root. Much better, and bigger, burgers and fries for less than what I spent here.

I came for some late night fries. It’s 9:26 & they close at 10. I don’t like going to food places before closing but I figure I’m only stopping by to get some fries.There’s a manager in black & 2 other employees, as soon as they see me park in the front they turn off the open light & the lights inside & the employee immediately starts laughing.

I go to the door and knock twice & all three employees including the manager ignore me. Closing over 30 minutes before the time isn’t as absurd as laughing

It’s bad enough the burgers are insanely overpriced, the service here is horrible. We stopped in, and after waiting nearly 15 minutes, the staff told us they can no longer take credit cards. Furthermore, they are not able to give change, so the customer must pay for their exorbitant meal with the exact amount of cash. There was no apology for making us wait with only 1 customer ahead of us, all of the staff were just standing around in the kitchen area. What a horrible experience. Go elsewhere and get a better burger, with helpful staff, at a fraction of the price, and can pay by credit card.

Burgers and fries are good but, prices have really gone up and five burgers, large fries, and a few milkshakes can get shy of 100bucks.
