Today was my first time visiting the 5 Guys chain in Hurst on Pipeline. I had a craving for a really good hot dog. Oh my gosh, I tried the cheese, all beef hot dog and it was amazing. They put whatever condiments I wanted, and I was in 7th heaven munching the fries, the all-beef dog on a toasted bun, and slurping a strawberry shake! The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. I can't wait to try the cheeseburgers. Yes, this place is pricey, (about $2 to $5 higher than other food chains), but it's worth it! Keep up the great work Five Guys Team!Parking: Parking is limited if you want to park in front of the place but there are plenty of spots around the corner. It's located right near the North East Mall in Hurst.

First, they told me you order everything separate, toppings and everything so ok I ordered the burger the way I like it, the way I order it anywhere else and it was $20 the meal? I was IN SHOCKThe burger was not good, the meat was ok but it just was not good. I go to other burger places and first, they don’t charge $20 the meal! And no guys, I’m not talking about McDonald’s. Im talking about GOOD BURGER places out there and they don’t charge me $20 for the meal?? I’m still in shock , I’m sorry it’s just not worth it, it really hurt my wallet:( my wallet was asking for help after thatService was amazing, I give them that

Ordered 2 burgers last night, they added lettuce when I requested no lettuce, they didn’t add bacon to my bacon cheeseburger. Not sure how because the ticket in the bag had the right instructions. Whoever’s cooking is distracted.
