Awesome, very flavorful food! Loved the chips and salsa! Great service! Portions are above average; lots of food. Price is amazing too! Highly recommend! And no I don't know anyone from here. Just tired of the same ole Mexican restaurants that are not good, small portions, and too pricey!
Awesome place for Mexican food with a blend of Acapulco flavor. They do things a little different which was a refreshing twist to the typical TexMex one usually has in the DFW area. Lots of Mexican beers in bottles and a few on draft, great mixed drink options even though our party of 7 didn't partake in any. I will have to try one next time. If you're looking for outstanding Tex Mex in the NRH or Hurst area, you should be checking out Flamingos. I visited for lunch and had a very pleasant experience. The restaurant is clean and well taken care of. The prices are very reasonable, and the service is friendly and with a smile. But the food is what you want to know about, and the it is magnificent. I ordered beef fajitas and can honestly say that I can not remember any place with better fajita beef than Flamingos....
