The food is not well maintained. There’s always rice and food on the floor, the rice in the pans is burned and gross, you can tell they don’t clean this location as often as food inspectors would ever allow. I’m not coming back.

Alex has the worse customer service ever, his approach is very rude, unpleasant and unwelcoming. The lady couldn’t even serve us properly because he kept interrupting. Then when you wrap my taco don’t not give me all my ingredients you already barely give meat as it is so when it fall out put it back. I’ll stick to chipotle. Then this little side sauce cup of salsa you give with all these chips. LOL seriously 😂😂

My husband and I just had the best burritos tonight!! ! Thanks to Alex & Nathan ! Both had amazing customer service , helped us understand the menu. Alex and Nathan both welcomed us in with a smile and made our burritos super goooood.!! These dudes definitely need a raise. We could tell they love what they do.

Went there for my birthday dinner and as usual....no discount because I got whatever meat was not allowed. I should have had her remake a new one and just waste it but I ate it and will make sure I don't return for a bit and just spend my money elsewhere. 15 bucks for a burrito...geez man

Last night after work, I placed a mobile order for a super monster burrito, and when I got home and cut it in half, 90% of the burrito was rice. I've never had that issue from free birds before I'm extremely disappointed.

Walked in, and no one said anything to us for about 15 minutes. There was no line, 4 employees working on 1 order of door dash. Eventually, we walked out because no one helped us get any food. The service was terrible. Never coming back again. Can't say what the food tastes like because we never got any, so disregard the 1 star for food?♀️

I got a monster bowl and a burrito, both were huge portions and were tasty as well. The only problem I could complain was there aren’t many employees and it took so long for me to check out. Otherwise great stop for a full belly.
