Last night after work, I placed a mobile order for a super monster burrito, and when I got home and cut it in half, 90% of the burrito was rice. I've never had that issue from free birds before I'm extremely disappointed.

Walked in, and no one said anything to us for about 15 minutes. There was no line, 4 employees working on 1 order of door dash. Eventually, we walked out because no one helped us get any food. The service was terrible. Never coming back again. Can't say what the food tastes like because we never got any, so disregard the 1 star for food?♀️

I got a monster bowl and a burrito, both were huge portions and were tasty as well. The only problem I could complain was there aren’t many employees and it took so long for me to check out. Otherwise great stop for a full belly.

Don't get me wrong. I really do enjoy freebirds usually, but this location seems to have issues with online orders and getting them right. Three out of the five times I've done an online order, some aspect of it has been wrong. I keep coming back because there's not a lot of locations but it is one of those things. I really wish I'd pay more attention to what the order details are.

The worst experience ever they don't give delivery drivers there orders and instead they tell them to cancel the order they don't care about their customers
2 weeks ago i ordered a steak bowl and its missing the steak. Dominque said i would get a refund- never happened liar! today i ordered a veggie bowl with guac and its missing the guac. i called for a refund and the lady who answered got an attitude and would not refund me! Do not go here unless you wants a bowl without your ingredients, crooks! Go back to chipotle!

Not great, all the rice was dry/burnt. Ran out of white meat chicken. Didn't even have forks, store was dirty trash on tables soda machine leaked syrup all over the floor. The only redeeming quality was the chips and queso.
