Do not work here if you want to be spoken to like you have no value to your job. Yes everyone can be replaced and so can you and your poor management skills. I don’t ever leave reviews unless they are bad. Clearly training is needed on how to be over staff especially when it comes to life situations. If your employees text you early in the morning and you wait til mid afternoon to text back in regards to them being sick letting you know they are not doing well. There is an appropriate way to respond. If you would not like anyone to speak to you in such a way then you should treat others how you want to be treated. There is training for these types of situations and how to handle them. But clearly they missed it with you. God forbid you end up sick and someone need to work your shift because hopefully they can be so careless and rude like you. I would post your name but she knows who she is

Aggressive management and unethical practices. They retaliated against me and after they falsely accuse me of stealing(they said I gave somebody a discount which I did not). When I asked for a number to report this behavior, the management at the San Marcos location gave me a fake number. This is absolutely disgusting behavior ;the manager Juan kept trying to intimidate me as retaliation. Once I found out he was taking mine and my other colleagues tips.Juan continued to harass me through our homebase. Frequently accusing me of stealing on the app and in front of other employees and customers. He made me extremely comfortable and forced me to quit.

Cheating people out of their money is unethical. Yesterday, our family went in for four drinks at 6.99. We were charged almost $38 dollars.

How will you rectify the overcharge?

When I ordered a Mangonada, I was given a fruit cup. I explained to the lady that I wanted a mango Ada but she did not understand English, so it was very difficult because there was a language barrier. So I tried my best to speak Spanish to her, and she still couldn’t understand. She had a very ugly attitude towards me.

We found a acrylic nail in our Rusa cup, this is so disgusting, the girl preparing the drink wasnt even wearing gloves obviously…. I never leave bad reviews but this did it for me!
