Too thin and raw. You would think it would be as thick as all the other cookies they make($25 for 12inch)

Absolutely love this location, this GAC team is amazing! Keep up the hard work, and baking those delicious cookies!

Worst customer service in my life. The older female server was so disrespectful and condescending - she left me waiting for so long and treated me like a random charity case. I’ve never seen such rudeness at American Cookie, and I don’t think I’ll ever come here again.

Guy that was working on 7/4/24 at NE Mall was completely rude. Almost as he was being bothered to help. Don’t buy from here! Please don’t hire people that don’t understand customer service, it will bring your company down eventually.?

Older female cashier needs a customer service refresher. I found her to be indifferent and borderline snarky.

The baker that was there around 1:00 he has dark hair. You're awesome, and super friendly and seems to be a very hard worker!! So thank you guys for everything and I will definitely refer my clients to that location!

I came in at opening needing a cake for my wife’s birthday and was amazed when Amber not only had one but made it right in front of me. Great service and a top notch team. Thank y’all so very much!!!!

Would not honor buy 5 get 1 free. I got one that was a decorated cookie, but was not told it didn’t qualify until after they gave them to my kids. And then even after that they would not give me an additional cookie for free, even though I paid for 5 regular priced PLUS the decorated one.

Ms Lopez needs a raise. (I'm a kid) There were a little samples left and she lete have the rest of the brookie and m&m cookie samples. (The cookies were very delicious) Thank u!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️☺️☺️☺️????????

Colton William Schmidt always brags about the decoration he does on the cookie cakes…. his phone photos are FULL of them I can confirm- the decoration is that of a medieval tapestry…the writing is that of ancient Japanese calligraphy. Magnificent Hello Kitty Cake 10/10
