I have a new favorite, today, for Indian food in D/FW. The lunch buffet was excellent, fresh, and with some delightful flavors I’ve not had before. Some of the more interesting items were the basil fish curry and the spicy chicken choila (served cold). Although they did not have roti available (my usual bread of choice), the garlic naan was served fresh and hot…it was tasty, and not overly dense.
My only regret is that it’s not close to home, but I’ll find a way to return, soon!

Incredibly kind and wonderful people own this place. The best Indian food in town BY FAR. The buffet is very reasonably priced and has alot of the menu items that you can try out. Dine in or to go, the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. Can not reccomend it enough.

🌿Review for Herbs Indian Cuisine
This was our very first time dining at this wonderful restaurant, and what a gem it turned out to be! The location may be a bit tucked away, but my husband and I found it—and now it’s officially a jewel added to our treasure chest of delicious places to eat.
Our waiter, Aadu, was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. He started us off with Paapad and a trio of dips—tamarind, pickle, and parsley. Absolutely delightful. 😌
For dinner, I wanted something light yet flavorful, so I ordered Herb’s Vegetable Soup and a Masala Tea for dessert. My husband chose the Chicken Dum Di Biryani. Let me just say—the quality and flavor were excellent… truly the best I’ve ever tasted, ever. My husband savored every bite of his meal, and the portion was generous enough for two meals, so we happily took home a box.
And did I mention the Naan? The Butter Naan was perfect—soft, warm, and beautifully prepared.
Herbs Indian Cuisine has definitely won us over. We’ll be back!

I’ve been a long-time customer of Herbs Indian Cuisine and have spent hundreds of dollars here without ever making a complaint—until now. This week, I added Rasmalai to my order and received a container filled with nothing but thin white liquid. It was completely unrecognizable and inedible, and I had to throw it away.
What made the situation worse was the restaurant’s response. When I called to address the issue, I was immediately told it wasn’t their fault. No apology, no attempt to understand what happened, no replacement, no accountability. After years of loyal business, this is how they chose to handle a simple concern.
This experience made it very clear how little they value or respect their customers. A restaurant that cannot stand behind the food it packs—or take responsibility when something goes wrong—does not deserve continued support.
Because of both the unacceptable product and the dismissive response, I will not be returning or placing any future orders. Truly disappointing service and a complete failure in customer care.

I find Herbs cuisine
to be the best in the mid-cities. I eat Indian and Nepalese food every time I have an opportunity for lunch and for dinner. I have eaten at all the places in the mid-cities metroplex.
However I consistently like and choose Herbs and prefer Herbs. I invariably order extra spicy hot chicken vindaloo or biryani or chicken chili. The chef always meets my request to make the food extra spicy hot.
Thanks for the excellent cuisine!

We went for the first time for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed it! The service was wonderful, staff were kind, checked on us numerous times and our drinks were always filled. Food tasted great and was plentiful! We will 100% dine here again, especially to try other things on the menu. 😊
Tried buffet veg options. Kind of average. Too much color added in pakora. Only tofu item was good which was cooked something like paneer 65 kind of.
