Haven't eaten at Jack for years because of their ridiculous price hikes. Today I was craving an Ultimate Cheeseburger.
Cheeseburger looks like the bun was dipped in a bucket of ketchup and Mayo, the whole burger slips apart when I pick it up.
My medium curly fries is ALL CRUMBS with some regular French fries mixed in!
My order was almost $3 more for a combo that is listed at $10.27 on the menu.
Won't be back. I expect this chain will be bankrupt soon with these standards of quality.

Just got picked up food here around 10 minutes ago and I just wanted to say, I’m not sure who the lady was on the drive thru speaker but terrible customer service. I ordered 5 things total, no weird changes to them just the straight up items and she was rushing me through my order when there was only me and about 3 other customers at this location at the time, so it wasn’t any sort of crazy lunch/dinner rush. I get people have bad days and long days but geez, she had a yelling tone through the drive thru and near the end of my order she just told me “just go to the window and you can ask for your stuff” after I had asked “also can I get a handful of hot sauce please”. Like I said wasn’t any sort of rush hour time and when I got to the window she just stared at me not telling me the total or anything like I was supposed to mind read her, then said “hang on” pretty rudely and walked away from the window. And when I got back home I realized even after all that, I didn’t get half my order and not even 1 hot sauce packet. Amazing service.
Edit: I wanted to add I heard the car in front of me and behind order and she had the exact same attitude too, actually worse with the car in front of me. So seems like a recurring issue.

These employees are extremely rude they don't want to deal with people during a phone call when I ask for help or if I get my order wrong. The lady on the phone was completely disrespectful.

First time ordering a
Build Your Own Munchie Meal.
I know the photos are always exaggerated from fast food places, but this one was just incredible? The burger was advertised as a Texas Double Jack, and according to the photo, looked quite large. It ended up being a junior burger. You could barely see the meat and veggies between the buns. I wish I had taken a photo.

Last night, Cassandra worked the drive thru was so rude, impatient and had a bad attitude as I was ordering. Talking over me and rushing me. I requested for very light ice for my drinks, ofc they fill the cups to the top with ice. I was given my drinks at the window and told to drive to other side to wait for my food. As my food came out, I had asked for a refill she remarked rudely, “No, we don’t do refills”. And turned & walked away. Someone should really teach Cassandra some real customer service skills & to be more kind to people. Clearly she was having a bad day and was projecting. I recommend sticking to McDonald’s and In & Out nearby as their workers are so much more friendlier & kind!
