I typically love a good Jersey Mike’s sandwich - typically my go to sub place. Had a not so great experience the other day though. I had a couple questions and the girl behind the slicer seemed real annoyed I was even asking. I ordered two sandwiches. The girl specifically asked which bread I wanted and I told her wheat and the Parmesan for the other. After getting home, I noticed I got white and Parmesan. In addition, I had asked for mayo and realized as they were wrapping it up they didn’t add it. So I nicely asked for it to be added and they rolled their eyes at me. Really bad service here and employees making you feel horrible for asking for something small. Don’t think I’ll be returning to this location unfortunately.

WORST jersey mikes location in the WHOLE DFW area. I placed an online order and saw 30 people get their food before me AND still had to wait 30 minutes just for them to make ONE sandwich. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs.
Just skip the sauce. I mentioned it after I notice the sandwich was dry and tasted bad. Threw it out I She said she did. I was not gonna pull it out of the trash. You got to watch them
Update. After the owners response, I did call, and they said the new employees were learning still. I replied that I had seen the same employee atleast once a week for the past few months. So...
