I really enjoy Jersey Mike's subs and I usually receive wonderful service. I have a food allergy and I do not eat pork. So I ask the sub prepare to clean the slicer for me so it's not crossed contaminated. And me having to ham some or whatever pork product cross my food so I don't get sick. This location just a major rush from what the slicer look like I asked her to clean first and she did but there was many fragments left on the slicer. After cleaning she then gathered my ingredients for my sub and didn't even change her gloves before doing so. TERRIBLE Before my meat and cheese was even cut the other lady asked what toppings I wanted I advised her and went fourth and done so I know malace intentions when I see them I asked for mayo and yes I got mayo alright my sub is a mayo delight in so much so I can't even enjoy what I just purchased. If I ever come back to this location it will be at a different time if I come back what feakin waste of my money today Thank You very much

Every time my husband and I come in the lady who always takes our order (girl with the face piercing) always rude and looks annoyed, she always is rolling her eyes not friendly at all. No smiles just hate the environment… won’t bring my kids in here .this is my 3rd time dealing with her and I’m not going to not just say nothing anymore. I’ve worked customer service my whole life! People are fired for this Attitude.

Ive been to many jersey mikes’s over the past years and this is the single worst experience I've had. The lobby wasnt cleaned no one even tried to interact it was just so dead and not jersey mikes. The gentleman who topped my sub didnt do mikes way proper he ripped the onions and didnt put enough juice. Overall no bueno will not be back

When you walk in the crew is crazy busy, so we walked to the Order Here sign and waited. Eventually the lady who was both cutting meat and the bread, took our order in between doing both of those things. We both ordered the California club sandwich's one regular and one giant. We walked down the line and the place was so loud that the kid making our sandwiches had to lean over the glass to hear me and I am loud. The sandwiches and small bag of chips were good and all but not worth 35 dollars. I mean it was wheat bread, cheese, turkey, two slices of bacon, some guac smeared in the bread with lettuce. It was not a bad experience but doubt we will spring for 35 dollars sammies again.
I hope someone at corporate reads this. Today is Nov 6, about 815 pm. I walked in and was ignored. A lady was in front of me they took care of her sandwich and I said in my head ok I'm next and 2 guys walked straight to the back! When 1 came back out he looked at me. I outstretched my hands like, say something and he shrugs his shoulders like "what"? I'm like "how long are you guys gonna ignore me?" He's like "what"? I repeat he says again "what"? Another employee came from the back and I told him why am I being ignored. Here comes the kicker......he says "because we ran out of bread." Then I'm like we'll why can't you at least say hello, instead of letting me stand there all this time? Then the 1st guy who can't hear anything is smiling the whole time and tells me, "we don't have to serve you! You can leave. I'm like what? Call your Mgr. He reluctantly did. Admitted to her what he told me about leaving. She's like you can't do that. No he's mad at her! Wow. There was a walk in while I was being ignored and they acknowledged him, gave him a phone in order and he left. My problem is I was never even said hello, welcome to Jersey Mike's! I am a former Marine, over 50 yrs old and was shown no respect. The 2 kids were young, one Hispanic and one black. The Mgr wanted to help me but I wasn't going to order 4 sandwiches and spend over $80 there with how I felt by that time. Good luck team Jersey

How hard can it be to read a ticket when you're literate?! I'm so sick & tired of this happening. My order is a Philly NO Onions!! NO Veggies!!! ONLY meat, cheese & mayo! Seriously how hard is that to read?!Selective sight is what I call it since they just see Philly! It doesn't matter if I order it in store since I've had to correct them while standing there even though I just said NO Onions! I order it online & it's been wrong every single time!! I'm done eating a hot sub I paid for cold because I have to pick onions out of my sub. I'm fed up, disgusted & will NEVER return. My business will go to a restaurant with employees who read specialty tickets.

I ordered the Philly cheesesteak for the first time at this location and it was not good. I eat the Philly at the jersey mikes central location in Bedford 3 times a week and NEVER had a nasty one. Pipeline location was uncooked, extra cheese was not extra in taste or look. My veggies were half cook and looked like they were placed at the bottom of my bread. I ended up to throwing 12.00 in the trash and went to my favorite one the next day and was not disappointed. The service was good as all Jersey Mikes tend to be, but I won’t throw away 12.00 again at the Pipeline location, maybe it was the individual cook, but it’s not a chance I will place my bet on again.
