Picked up a doordash from this location. The manager had the doors locked, berated me for using drivethrough, Closed window in my face without giving drink. Then gave me attitude for knocking on window. Refused to speak to me afterwards. Be carefull with this crew at night.

I went through the drive-thru and placed an order and when I left there was no chicken in my order they substituted with mashed potatoes I've called multiple times no one answers.... THIS IS TERRIBLE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

It’s been a while since we had a good experience at this kfc but Isaac gave us excellent customer service yesterday night. He was very helpful and professional. Had a good attitude and was a very polite young man . You guys need more people like him on the team.

This is their 10 piece chicken family meal! If you are trying to feed a family, don’t come here. They have chicken pieces the size of Wingstop wings, go somewhere else like Chicken Express or Golden Chick for better family meals. I can eat this by myself in one sitting. For $30+?
Picked up a meal tonight and I asked the guy if everything was in the bag. He assured me that everything was there. It wasn't. They forgot all the sauces for the nuggets and tenders that we ordered. I wouldn't be writing this is they answered the phone. But 3 times unanswered if enough for me. Poor service. Poor recourse.

First time in 10 years having KFC so I had forgotten what it was like. Firstly it's very expensive, you could go to a decent restaurant for the price of a mid-range meal on the KFC menu (16$). I am a huge fan of fried chicken in general but KFCs chicken is soggy and their biscuits came with "honey sauce" (corn syrup) instead of real honey.

Worst Worst Worst Experience Ever! Bought 3 chicken wings sandwiches and fried chicken. Food was terribly cold and even "they didn't send my wings". Did I just give treat to the employees ??? And, they dont even pick calls when I am trying to address their problem. This is so ridiculous. Please be aware of these scammers!!!
