Picked up a meal tonight and I asked the guy if everything was in the bag. He assured me that everything was there. It wasn't. They forgot all the sauces for the nuggets and tenders that we ordered. I wouldn't be writing this is they answered the phone. But 3 times unanswered if enough for me. Poor service. Poor recourse.

First time in 10 years having KFC so I had forgotten what it was like. Firstly it's very expensive, you could go to a decent restaurant for the price of a mid-range meal on the KFC menu (16$). I am a huge fan of fried chicken in general but KFCs chicken is soggy and their biscuits came with "honey sauce" (corn syrup) instead of real honey.

Worst Worst Worst Experience Ever! Bought 3 chicken wings sandwiches and fried chicken. Food was terribly cold and even "they didn't send my wings". Did I just give treat to the employees ??? And, they dont even pick calls when I am trying to address their problem. This is so ridiculous. Please be aware of these scammers!!!

Okay so groceriy prices are through the roof, but we still gotta eat right? Out comes KFC with their mobile App deals. Yes, deal worth dealing with. A 10pc sauces nuggets is usually $6.99 but on the App, if you order $10 of grub, you can score a freebie 10 pc sauced nuggs.
Every day they have $5 2 pc box, leg, thigh, mashed tators, biscuit. Order two, the nuggs are free. As I type, there's a free 2 pc with $10 order daring me to show up for some bird. That's a buy two get one free deal. Like someone paying me $5.00 to eat a meal.
You could buy two $5.00 meals, and give the freebie to a homeless person. Do with it what you will. Okay, so here's an idea. I make a roll of biscuits before going to KFC. I dunk mine in flour, have a 9 inch pan buttered, oven preheated, make sue the biscuits touch. Squeezed together, they rise super high. Why? KFC charges .99 cents fir a solo biscuit. Huh? Nope.
Deals folks. Get the Colonels mobile App. The best deal if you're feeding a fam. Two apps two free meals with $20 spent. Exploit the system. Eat real food.

I don't know why I expected more from a chain restaurant. We had a family gathering and called in for 75 pieces of dark. The "girl" on the phone gave me a quote of $214.00. IT'S CHICKEN! So I called Lisa's chicken, they quoted me $76.79 for the same order. Y'all know where I went, to Lisa's, and our guests loved it.

My spicy sandwich had too much spice and instead of treating it with anger or an attitude the manager Brian took care of it i originally let Sergio know and was absolutely understanding we need more workers like them 10/10 food, and will absolutely be back, if you want your chicken done right come here!!
