I’m seeing a lot of KFC locations struggling to deliver good service and food, decided to drive 40 mins to give this one a go, the cashier was very kind and polite and the food came out hot and crunchy even on this cold winter night and my experience was great!

Our family had a great experience at this KFC location! The customer service was outstanding; very accommodating from start to finish. The management truly stands out, especially the manager, Bryan, who personally delivered our meals to our table. While dining in, we could see how hard he works, staying engaged and attentive throughout the restaurant.

Bryan was professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in providing excellent service. It truly made our visit enjoyable. We really appreciate when great service is recognized, and this location definitely deserves it.

As a bonus, this is one of the locations that offers the chicken fried steak dinners on Wednesdays, which we were happy to enjoy. We will absolutely be back!

The employee Stephiane was laughing at me while I was asking questions about the menu to the point where The manager Jorden took over my order they state they were laughing at each other I found it very disrespectful.

Not enough people working to handle customers. Only 1 taking care of in-house and drive up. Staff was to busy to take care of the front counter because they were trying to take care of too many stations. Service was very slow. Much longer wait from slow service.Slow service as in you walk in and are seen but the one staff working the drive in was busy trying to take care of that station. Wait time was much longer than usual.

Good kfc to stop by for the 11 herbs and spices. The chicken at this spot is always good, better than the 3 locations close to my home. Clean lobby compared to other kfcs and the staff does their best to deliver fast and polite service. Worth driving an extra 10 min if you want some kfc and the one by your place just aint it.

Picked up a doordash from this location. The manager had the doors locked, berated me for using drivethrough, Closed window in my face without giving drink. Then gave me attitude for knocking on window. Refused to speak to me afterwards. Be carefull with this crew at night.

I went through the drive-thru and placed an order and when I left there was no chicken in my order they substituted with mashed potatoes I've called multiple times no one answers.... THIS IS TERRIBLE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
