Was there today. they need a huge lesson in CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was going though the self check out..( which I do not like doing because there is always a mistake...and I simply don't feel that people with lot's of groceries shouldn't have to scan their own stuff). So....from the beginning I had a "Service Manager" Watching me!! Was very uncomfortable. then I simply asked him if he wanted to scan my stuff!!!!!! Sir....get you some Cashier's so you quit disrespecting your customers!!
