This location was so dirty and the restrooms were so nasty that I thought I was in a mechanics shop. If I could rate a zero I would. After the horrible trip when I went to self checkout the girl was not helpful to anyone there and all the registers had customers at them. She was standing with another employee talking about their weekend plans. Then myself and another customer needed assistance and she told us to hold on while she kept speaking with the other employee. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

This is my neighborhood Kroger which is great because it's so convenient. The employees who work here are always very nice and helpful if I ever have a question about an item. Also whoever took the time to organize the snack aisle so perfectly, your awesome!

Why do you have all these registers and have 1 cashier with alot people in line at self checkout? I have a elderly friend who said she hates going there because she can't get help! Bad customer service! They also never have what we need! Things not on shelf! Then, you have people laying on the ground outside the store. This Kroger has gone down hill!

Selection is very much lacking compared to other Kroger's in the area, particularly the cheese section. There's plenty of cheddar and common cheeses, but if you need something like Gouda or Gruyere, go to another Kroger.

If I could give a negative review, I would! I've been going to this store for years without problems, but today, my mother who is elderly was refused help to take her groceries to the car. She was told they have too many older customers to provide that service anymore. Well, I hope everyone who is older or has older relatives will help little ol' Kroger out and relive them from the burden of collecting cash so much cash from older customers. If you need help, don't go here!

Was there today. they need a huge lesson in CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was going though the self check out..( which I do not like doing because there is always a mistake...and I simply don't feel that people with lot's of groceries shouldn't have to scan their own stuff). So....from the beginning I had a "Service Manager" Watching me!! Was very uncomfortable. then I simply asked him if he wanted to scan my stuff!!!!!! Sir....get you some Cashier's so you quit disrespecting your customers!!
Have been using the online ordering pickup food every week for past 2 months. Unfortunately getting worse and worse service. Out date food, missing items and orders not ready . Hopefully they get this figured out.

On a day that reached 107 degrees, after buying groceries, my car's battery died. I cannot say thank you enough for the personnel there that went way above their responsibilities by helping me. Young man named Michael came to the rescue by jumping my car in the heat, the manager that sought me out after I'd waited for over an hour for roadside assistance, and the young man that told the manager that he knew I had a car problem when he was gathering carts in the parking lot. Great customer service. Thank you!!! I hope Kroger will recognize them.

Love this store, it's got a great fresh veggies/fruit section with a decent amount of organic options. A rather inclusive cheese area with a person who can help you select your cheese or cute new cheese for you. A floral area, full Delli and bakery and a butcher area in the back that has seafood and meat for sale. I really like the variety this store offers, plenty of ethnic food options, and a nice clearance section. Although I do with they had more clearance/manager special frozen food because everytime I go they are completely empty in that section. This Kroger really has it all, it even has a kids section and clothing/shoes section. Great store to shop in, it's always clean and organized, staff is always friendly and fellow customers all seem happy.

I was so very pleased with a birthday cake I ordered earlier this month for my granddaughter. The young woman who took my order was courteous and got each request exactly correct. I didn't know at the time, but she was the cake decorator! The Cinderella Barbie cake was tasty, freshly decorated and easy to transport in its own Barbie carrying box. Thank you, Kroger bakery department!
