Let’s talk about the peel-and-eat shrimp. These bad boys aren’t just food; they’re therapy. Salty, juicy, perfectly seasoned, and served with that glorious buttery goodness that makes you contemplate licking the plate in public (don’t worry, I didn’t… but I thought about it).
Every time I go, I say, “I’ll try something new today.” And every time I end up knee-deep in shrimp like it’s my last meal on Earth. No shame in my game.
If you’re not afraid to get a little messy and want a plate of happiness, do yourself a favor. Go. Peel. Eat. Repeat.
The staff is hit or miss, but I want to support this local business cause the food is so good - hopefully they will get their act together on that, but the shrimp.... chef's kiss!

I went here for the first time yesterday and the shrimp had a weird or old taste to it. I told the waiter but she was just making excuses. Paid 180 for 3 boil and food wasn’t good at all.
Got here at the Laughing crab. I ordered some oysters and some beverages, I enjoyed the atmosphere and plan on catching a movie afterwards. I had Hailey as my server she did great. I recommend anyone who is nearby to come in and stop by!

as a woman from louisiana the gumbo was dissapointing. there was lack of meat , its more like im eating gravy and rice and i paid 10 dollars for this. this was a joke
