This place is great. I always order online and go pick it up when I get a notification that it's ready. Never have to wait in line. Just go up to the order dispenser. Enter the code provided in the email notification and off I go. So far none of my orders have been messed up and the pizza cooked perfectly. Best Little Caesars I've ever used.

I'm typically pretty satisfied with my orders at this location. This particular night the service was extremely slow. 8 people standing around waiting for their orders. I waited 45 minutes for my food to be ready and when it was finally ready for me to pickup everything was cold to the touch. Wouldn't have had a problem waiting if I knew my food was at least fresh but this tells me it was sitting around getting cold. Very unhappy, I will drive the extra mile to Domino's next time.

Staff is very disrespectful, treated my mother like trash and acted like her ordering a single pizza an HOUR before closing was too inconvenient for them. Go to the Domino’s or Papa Johns down pipeline instead, much better service.

I’m not happy with my pizza 😡 it was cold l pick it up my pizza was not in the oven it was outside the oven I saw the lady l bought 3 pizza one of the pizza not cook and the other was not cut right new employees please fix this problem. 2/22/24 7:43 pm to 7:46pm

I ordered for pick up on the phone. The worker was super polite. He was the only one there and was really busy with orders, but still was able to provide great customer service and kindness. He definitely needs help, especially during the lunch rush as he was balancing everything all on his own and was doing a pretty great job at it, considering how busy it was. he was answering the phone , placing and making the orders in the oven , and checking out clients at the register. He also had the place very clean and the food was delicious. You can tell he is passionate about his job and providing excellent customer service. He deserves a raise. This was at your location off pipeline in Hurst, Texas on February 13 around noon. Thank you.

The service here is absolutely horrible. They don’t have a hold line, never pick up, hang up on you, undercooked food, untrained and unkind staff. It was like this more than once. I hope management really takes strong consideration on this review because we will never visit this location again.

I remember now why I hate Little Caesars pizza. The stuff crust wasn't bad. I ordered mushrooms and two slices had no mushrooms and the others had two at the most on each slice. Pizza sucked. Personnel was really nice.
