Everyone knows Logan’s roadhouse has the best steaks and burgers around! They are also a ton of fun and the manager Jaimie and server Jamie were incredible and helping us have my brother Mitch pick up an order to go so he could deliver it to one of our members of our fantasy football league as part of him coming in last
They really embraced the situation and made it a blast. I even think that Mitch decked out in tights and tutu and feather boa seemed to enjoy it. Which is good because he still needs to deliver lunch to the rest of the members of the league!
We hear that Logan’s may be posting on their social media so everyone can encourage Mitch to come back again.
I hope they invite him back as they were a blast and the service and food are always top-notch. Thanks again!!

Ordered 2 To Go meals at lunchtime 2/3/26 & when arriving at home, we found it to be it the BEST prepared, packaged & tasting to go meal we’ve ordered this year! The Steak & Pork Chops were cooked & seasoned perfectly. The sides: loaded baked potato, rice, broccoli & salad) were all generous in portion size & additionally ALL of the condiments were included (which sometimes doesn’t happen when ordering To Go) The wait time for completion was minimal & the complimentary iced tea during the wait appreciated!

My 10 year old son called it the off brand Texas Roadhouse house. None of my kids ate their food. I can not believe they are selling such nasty food! Now the rolls, the rolls were amazing. Everything else was horrendous!

Decided to stop by for dinner on a Friday night before shopping & the place was full. Waiter came across very attentive initially, but by the end of the night I had to get his attention just to get our check. The food was terrible! Our party of 3 ordered Medium Rare steaks and got unseasoned Well done steaks, I ordered a loaded sweet potato that was half way cooked the marshmallow were barely warm and NOT toasted as I had requested. The baked potatoes were warmer than the steaks! The only thing I enjoyed were the warm rolls and Salad. All in all everything was inconsistent. We won’t be back!

My husband works at the mall and he refers people over here all the time because he’s been to a different location and Had a really good steak. We came to this location for dinner after work and have the absolute worst experience on any restaurant that I’ve been to in years. I ordered a dirty soda and got some gritty kind of foam on top instead of whipped cream, my sweet potato came cold. Our waiter acted bothered every time we talked. The appetizer was cold. They advertise unlimited rolls…We got three between two people I’m fat and I like food and I wanted to roll and I couldn’t get my waiter to come back and bring me a roll to save my life. My husband had to go find him to get a refill for his drink. then he brought the bill and it took him 20 minutes to come back and cash us out. I’ve never seen my husband not wanna leave a tip until today. I made him go back and tip the guy, but he sure did not deserve it. I will never go back to this location, nor will I refer to anybody to this location and my apologies to anybody who listened to me and took my advice to go to this location. Y’all need to do better that was awful. Dang near $60 on something that was not good at all. I had floaties in my dang soda and Couldn’t get his attention to get me a new one so no drink with my meal…. I could’ve gone to Jack-in-the-Box and got better food!!! It sucked do better

Not to mention the fact that both of the original steaks were grey. Like grey grey, there was no seasoning at all on the steaks, not even salt.
We sent those steaks back, they cooked my wife's until it was well done, but she ate it.
They brought mine back after 15 minutes and it was the strangest steak I have ever seen. At the top of the steak was well done, then the temps gradually moved down until the bottom of the steak was rare. It was gross, still gray.
I didn't end up finishing it.
0/5 stars we won't be going back at all. The only reason why we came is because we had a gift card. It came out to $82 and I gave the waitress $18 for a tip(the last of the gift card)

Had to wait 11 min before getting up and asking a server if someone was assigned our table. She went and Larry. 15 min after taking her orderlwe still hadn't gotten our rolls. asked the other server again to get Larry. The mgr, Daniel then came over, we explained what happened, and he apologized. We got our bread, no butter . .asked again for butter and it came with our meal. When the bill finally came it was wrong I explained what was wrong with it. 10 minutes later he came out with a bill that was still wrong. Bas experience.

I went here & this was by far the worst dining experience ever. We got there somebody had rubbed poop all over the toilet. Then I ended up finding a long hair in my food that I had chewed up. It wasn’t my waiters hair, it was another lady that had a black top on. I immediately recognized the hair based on the different colors of it. The lady kept looking at me with a smirk after I guess the manager said something to her. I was asked if I wanted a new meal prepared, however I was sick to the stomach after pulling this hair out of my throat. This is absolutely disgusting and I’ve been sick thinking about it. It wasn’t just in my food it was chewed and swallowed. I should’ve followed my first mind when I walked in there and people were looking at me weird. I’m not familiar with the Hurst area, but I will say if your African American don’t go here. My waitress was nice (short hair, tats & I think piercings), however, based on the mugging from several people, I’m really not too sure that the hair was an accident or not and the more I think about it the more pissed off I get that I didn’t leave. My nachos was also cold, not warm cold. This was definitely a bad experience.
