Food & service were both great. Huge sweet potatoes. The seat in our booth looked like it should have been replaced years ago though. Seat cover was all cracked & torn up. Didn't fit the nice image the rest of the place projected at all.

I visited this location on Friday March 8th around 7-7:30pm. It was myself, my husband and our 7 month old baby. We walked in and the hosts a younger girl with long blond hair who had an AirPod in half greeted us. She asked how many and I said two and a baby (I was holding the car seat). She sat us in the bar. She’s did not ask if we were okay having the baby in the bar, she did not ask if we needed a sling or high chair. Some younger girl took our drink order. They said “full bar” however I was told they couldn’t blend my drink even though there are other blended drinks on the menu. The girl kept laughing and we had to repeat our drink orders because she said “I’m sorry I don’t remember what did you want”. That same girl made the drinks and a different girl brought our drinks to our table. 15 mins went by and no one took our food order however several young employees were sitting in a back booth in the bar area “folding silverware” this was clearly a social hour for them while other were not being helped. Our baby woke up and I grabbed a high chair from the front. Some other worker, a young Asian server or busboy told us “yeah we’re actually not allowed to have a high chair in the bar area”. I said “then why would she sit us in the bar with a baby”. He didn’t have an answer. My husband looked at me and said “do you wanna move tables” the server/busboy then said “I actually don’t know if we have any other tables”. Clearly we were being discriminated against because we had a baby and they just wanted us to leave. I said “let just go”. On the way out the manager was standing at the door. I told him what happened. He was extremely apologetic and handled it (to the best of my knowledge). Shame on the employees at this location. The lack of customer service, training and pure discrimination towards a young family looking to have dinner with an infant is mind blowing. The fact we were made to feel like we needed to leave because the hosts didn’t do her job correctly is absolutely disgraceful. I do not plan to stop here in notifying the proper channels of what we experienced tonight. Thank you to the manager who apologized to us. Train your people, manage your people, do better.

Amazing steak with very good sides of grilled shrimp on top of rice, baked potatoes and beans!! We came by around 2pm so it wasn’t too busy and our service was great ?? their ice cream brownie dessert was delicious as well, my daughter loved it! We will come back

We haven't been to Logan's for a long time.we wanted to get take out from somewhere different.This was the worst food we ever got.Our steaks were so small and had no flavor.it was in the to go container and it looked like slop the pig meal in there.we will never ever go there again.For $48.00 we should have gone to outback.when I arrived there was a dispute going on with the chefs which was very unprofessional.cecile how

EMAIL says what's in picture.... but once u get here, u find out the catch is-> ur only option on veggies is rice, green beans, mashed taters, corn, or fries ? Food is always good but music is always too loud here so I dont eat in often ? but I came anyways for the special .... and ordered full price menu with baked tater and broccoli ?... my waitress RILEY works hard for those tips! VERY good service. Lesson learned ?

Pretty decent place. We went early Feb and it was pretty cold inside the entire time. Everyone had coats on. My prime rib was excellent (limited time item). Wife and kids enjoyed their meals. Our server was great.

So we have been here 5 times this month and I will tell you, twice now after 5 pm the big white guy who makes the steaks sucks, not charred enough and flavorless. 3 times we came im the morning at 12pm 1pm and the steaks were FLAWLESSLY!! who ever made them. Went there again yesterday at 6 to try it out with the family and again the steaks were flavorless and not charred enough.■■■■DONT BE AFRAID TO ADD SALT AND PEPPER■■■■
