This is the best ice cream shop in DFW! The waffle cones are made in store and are just the right amount of sweetness, and the scoop sizes are generous! My favorite flavor combo is Snickerdoodle, which you can do with a single or a double scoop, by the way! Just had my absolute favorite flavor tonight- apple pie, cinnamony ice cream with bits of baked apple mixed in! SOOO GOOD!!

Perfect ice cream. It was the perfect meltiness in the cone. The flavors were perfect. The cone was perfect. The only unperfect thing is sadly I didn't find Mike's sooner! They have a ton of flavors. They also have dairy free options, which is great. I had the cinnamon in mini size, which again, was the perfect amount. And their prices are about the only cheap thing around these days. They are a local small business, which is nice as well. They definitely do the ice cream right and the sugar cone was wonderful. I'm definitely going to be back to try more flavors.

The owners are Christian and so friendly! Everything is made in house and delicious! Even the cones! The prices are super reasonable and it was a great experience.

We loved our visit today! THANK YOU for having dairy free options! It is such a game changer for our little boy who has a milk allergy!! All the flavors we had were delicious! Mad Mike’s will be our go to from now on!

Mad Mikes is a must visit if you are anywhere nearby! The ice cream is incredibly creamy, full of flavor, and absolutely delicious, but the real star is the homemade waffle cone. It is warm, fresh, and takes the whole experience to another level. Do yourself a favor and get one… you will not regret it!

Delicious ice cream and great customer service!

The rating is not for the ice cream it is for the guy serving the ice cream. The guy was rude and showed that he wasn't happy serving the ice cream, kept repeating my request, and reluctantly responded to my questions about the flavors they had. It was the first time I had gone there, and it looked like it would be my last time. I am writing the review for other customers who received this rude service that you're not alone and it's ice cream. For God's sake, no one should be upset getting ice cream; everyone gets ice cream to cheer themselves up. Very DISAPPOINTED!

The ABSOLUTE BEST ice cream!! So creamy, and everyone is always so friendly!

Just went in for my children’s Spirit night and they were so excited to try a new place, and the guys attitude just absolutely wrecked it. We walk in and he was already flustered with the arrival of more people, even though there were about 5 people total in there. And he just looks at us awkwardly as we’re standing in front of him, and says “are you here for the spirit night thing” and I said yes, and he rolled his eyes and sighed and said “okay” and just sat there again in silence until he muttered “what do you want, they’re doing this until 9 but I wish they would’ve only done it until 8”. So I said alright we will take our business elsewhere and he said well we’re doing it until close and we just decided to leave and go to rainbow cons, where we were warmly greeted and they went the extra mile after hearing how ass the service was here. You don’t want your tiny struggling small business to be busy until close? Weird move on the employees part. But thankfully we found our new go to ice cream store down the road. Save your money and expectations and don’t come here.
