The old Man at the drive through was very rude, disrespectful and had poor customer service. He treated us with so much disrespect. He took approximately 30 minutes to serve 3 customers.

I did love this McDonald's. I will say the drive thru is pretty fast but now if you go in we're forced to use a kiosk to order. However not all of them are working and some people aren't accustomed to devices like that and are needing help using them while the line gets longer. It's just not a very customer friendly way to run a business.

We went inside w one child, and as soon as we walked in, the staff that was just sitting around chilling ran into the play land and closed it. Then we get a 4 piece for my son and there’s only 3 nuggies. Also the lobby was still open and not near closing when they decided to not let my son play.

Just got home from getting my meal from the McDonald’s off of precinct and Airport freeway. Everyone do the drive-through did an amazing job quick fast and efficiently. And they also made a great fresh meal. There is a reason why I only go to this McDonald’s. Thank you five star rating for sure.🫶🙏
