The play place is not good for toddlers. It is meant for older kids because of all the different climbing features. I will go to other places that are better for my kids.

Came here to redeem our Happy Meal coupons that were gifted to our kids from church. We’ve came here once before and used the coupons and didn’t have too much of a problem. This time we came and the Man that seemed like a supervisor or manager was giving us a hard time. Finally after 15mins he took the orders and we were able to redeem our happy meal coupons. Once they arrived one of the happy meals didn’t even have chicken nuggets in it and had to go back to get the missing chicken nuggets just to notice my other child didn’t have fries in theirs. The 3 chicken nugget meals didn’t come with any sauce and it seemed like they didn’t care about the mess up when I went back to kindly let them know these items were missing. Definitely made our night as a family a bit down after coming in happily. We will not be back at this location. I understand this fault may not be on the head manager here but why give these coupon cards out if the staff don’t know about them. The customer service here ruined my appetite to want to come here again with my family. We will support the location in Euless as they don’t give us a hard time ever.

Just bit into, and probably ingested some sort of paper foreign object in my double quarter pounder with cheese. Thought it might have been part of the packaging somehow, but there are no signs of any tears or missing pieces on the package.
IPDATE 12/16/25: I have tried leaving a review/reporting this to the link/website provided. I’m not sure if it’s not going through, even after I went through the trouble of going back and getting the store number (which you have to have and can’t just identify the location by address) it’s been 3 weeks and no follow up… no second attempt to find out more, the can apparently email me because that’s how the contacted me and asked me to follow up with them, but they haven’t responded to anything yet. SURE, YEAH I CAN SEE JUST HOW SERIOUSLY YOU TAKE THIS SORT OF THING!

Do not eat here. They ignore you at the register. Waited 15 to order in person because the drink was not on the kiosk. Gave her a code on app for discounted sandwich. They charged me full price. Were very rude.
