Went to this location tonight, the guy at the window had a horrible attitude. He made my meal a large when I didn’t ask for a large and when I asked to change to medium he seemed upset about it. At the second window the manager said nothing to me and shoved my food at me, she then threw ketchup in my bag that spilled out onto the ground and didn’t put anymore into my bag. Customer service here is awful.
Came in with my family for breakfast and Debra was taking an order when we came in. We got in line and waited for our turn, once it was our turn she kicked us out the counter and said to order at the kiosk because she did not speak Spanish.. and I told her we spoke English and we were going to place the order. She walked off and said she had orders to take out.
