Great McDonald's. Food comes quick, there is ample space to sit, and condiments are free (other locations you need to pay $0.10 for extra barbeque sauce). Prices are great. Best McDonald's in the area.

Like all McDonald’s it’s hard to get anyone’s attention. I sat and stared/ got stared at by the employees for 5 minutes until I had to make sure they were aware I was waiting on them. I don’t know where they find there employees but the hiring manager needs to be fired..

Crystal is an above average manager, kind, friendly and went above and beyond to help me find a Happy Meal toy for my daughter that she was collecting. Such a silly thing, but she treated it like she was on a mission as if her own child. I haven't had someone go way above in a very long time at a business. This is the kind of employee we would all hope to have. Kudos to this location for finding her! She is one in a million and I greatly appreciate her! Also should be noted, it was midnight and she still had a big smile on her face. Huge positive impression made. The world needs more people like her!!

As a regular door dasher, this is the worst location in the entire area within several miles. I’ve picked up a few amount of orders from here, and each time has been an incredibly long wait. The other night I waited about 10 minutes until I finally was greeted and was asked what I was here for, I mention the name of the order and they already had it made as I wait for someone to notice me, and as the order gets cold. I see everyone giggle and laugh in the kitchen, blasting music loudly, work at the slowest pace possible, and see how completely inattentive they are towards guest inside. One guy next to me asked for a water, he waited a while til someone asked what they needed, asked for the water, and waited even longer to get it. It’s so humiliating to even watch them all try to work.

This location is a joke. Staff are ridiculous useless, laughing and joking while people wait a LONG time for food or service. And when it is finally done they move at a snails place. Ran out of all drinks including water what restaurant runs out of water? Zero stars if I could. Do not come here unless you like waiting a long time and having a useless workers.

Evwry time I come here someone or everyone has a bad attitude or I get cold food. This time I got a mcchicken meal deal and the nuggest were cold. Like they had been sitting for an hr. Asked for a fresh set and they were also cold. This is why I dont come here hardly ever. 😒 why can't I get hot food all around? Instead of just parts of my meal

I ordered on the mobile app and I ordered my food with a sweet tea and the manager jakaya was upset because she didn't want to make sweet tea and started mouthing something in the kitchen and she told me that she wasn't going to make the sweet tea that I have to choose something else I don't want anything others then sweet tea and she got mad and told me that she wasn't going to make it and I said ok now she said told an employee to start doing something with my cup
The lobby is 24 hours and the night squad is edge absolute best.

I had a problem with my order. They missed some items( like sauces; [40 nuggets and not even a single sauce packet.] and also they forgot Oreo in my mocha frappe however Tulsi is nice and solved it. The manager is friendly. I think it’s under staffed, may be.! Because they keep forgetting to give sauces to the people.
