Someone there must be hoarding the more popular Happy Meal toys and reselling for a profit. I went to get my grandson a Happy Meal toys get his Ninja turtle toy. It was only the 3rd day and we were given old Sonic toys. This is not the first time either. It happened another time too at this same one. I’ve had to pull up and wait to have fries made and after waiting 10 minutes I got out of the car and couldn’t get the managers attention because she was going to town talking to someone else that worked there in Spanish. I couldn’t get her attention. I finally interrupted her and asked for my fries, she just looked at me and then pointed towards the fries and kept talking to other coworker. Someone else finally brought the fries to me.

When I ask for no mayonnaise I mean no mayonnaise please and thank you. On top of that today the fry’s were good a salty but before nonstop the French fry’s tasted plain. Y’all have a lot of old folk come down there? Legit seems like you’re trying to watch the sodium.

I waiting for 20 mins for a door dash and if I had a chance to order food on the app and get it and eat it and still not received my customer meals is ridiculous!!! Then when I ask if my customer meals order is almost done they are asking for what DoorDash it’s for!!!! Unprofessional!

Been doing same breakfast order for shile to where now they charge 69cents for crumble bacon as substitution of Canadian Ham that normally comes on a Egg McMuffin. I was never charged before this morning at any location.
I occasionally go to McDonald's for a quick drive thru lunch. I usually get the $5 McDouble Combo that includes the McDouble, small fries, a small drink and 4pc McNuggets. I really love using the McDonald's App to earn points towards free food, treats and drinks.
Two things about McDonald's in general that I don't like is they charge an extra upgrade fee for tea over soda so it's the only place I don't order a tea from. Also the prices can vary from location to location in the same general area. I can understand different prices in different regions, markets or across town, but don't like that a combo cost $2-3 more just a few miles away. I don't like to pay more for the same thing so I tend to avoid the higher priced locations or just go to another restaurant.

We had a Birthday Party in the play area every thing was so memorable 🥳 🎂 Stephanie the manager was super nice and went out of her way to help in so many ways. The food was food!!! Thank you McDonald's!!!
