They charge way too much for the food. There's a guaranteed 20% gratuity fee (for a service that was not worth 20%). It isn't the servers fault. They assigned one server for maybe our whole section. Additional there's a 3% credit card fee as well as a 10% alcohol charge. After all these charges, your total basically doubles.
We’ve been going for 10+ years and love the food, the owner is also an incredibly nice woman.

Fantastic food, ambience and service. We didn't expect our bill to be quite what it was but we don't regret the experience.
Not recommended from another Vietnamese person. I have so many pho from so many places. This is the worst pho I have ever tasted. I might as well make it at home or go to ba le. I'm so confused. Why this place has 4.7 rating with 1k+ reviews. $17 for a regular size bowl, not a lot of meat like 7 small pieces total. I was desperate afterwork so decided to try this place out. Came in at 7:30 on a Thursday and it was empty. Us and another table. No Vietnamese people here so you know what that means. It's not really a Vietnamese restaurant. Nice ambience though with coffee house music and vibe. The server was great.

We found this place by accident and so glad we did.. Food, service and drinks are awesome.
I got the meat lover pho great portion alot of meat. I feel like the broth should be more flavorful but was a little bland but after mixing some sause came out perfect. I would not pay 25$ for that bowl but it was a good experience. Service was great and nice place to sit and chat. I have my eyes on some other dish that I wanted to try and will be back

Great vibe and atmosphere. The food was good and had plenty of flavor. Want to go back and try some other food options to really give it a 5 star.
Service and ambience were excellent. The food was good. Not special or really impressive. But I would definitely go there again.
I went here for dinner with my friends as a group of 10. We sat closer towards the back. Huy was our waiter and he was awesome!
I ordered the combination pho, pork spring rolls, and egg coffee:
• The broth for the pho was good—not too bland or salty. You can choose from rice noodles (flat) or vermicilli (thin). I had rice noodles.
• The spring rolls were good. My table also had beef spring rolls, and those were enjoyed too.
• The closest way I can describe the egg coffee is if you had a crème brulee soft top with Vietnamese coffee. It is a dark roast & they add a tiny bit of salt. This was my first time trying it & it won't be my last :)
The only reason why I would give service a 4/5 is because one of my friends had to wait a bit longer for their meal to be remade even after the waiter confirmed any dietary restrictions. Other than that, other staff members were very friendly.
I would definitely go here again!

We decided on this place for dinner 1/17 after googling. We ordered over the phone shrimp, dumplings, Pho Beef Noodles and Vermicelli Pork noodles no peanuts because of a medical condition. When we received our food unfortunately there were peanuts in the Vermicelli noodles. We returned them and instead asked for Pho Pork noddles instead so I could avoid a second mistake considering the pho noddles did not have peanuts we needed removed. The guy who originally took our order was all over the place over what should have been a simple exchange. He asked for a receipt which we did not have and didn’t realize we never received until we had an issue. But considering we were there not even 3 minutes ago you’d think he would have remembered us and our order? Also mind you during this convo another customer was having issues. She even mentioned the restaurant seems to always have problems there when “Boss lady” isn’t around. He took our order and we waited a little longer. When going back in we heard the guy who we were interacting with this whole time basically complaining to who I assume was the “Boss lady”. She was somewhat rude about the situation and mentioned an up-charge of $2 from what I originally ordered to the new meal. That was never mentioned to us when we informed the guy of the issue, another mess up by the male employee. We told them we would pay the $2, we weren’t avoiding it, just not made aware. They ended up waiving the change and we finally received the food. It was pretty decent. We’d come again if we received better service but the food wasn’t that great to give it another try. We weren’t Karen’s, no attitude just wanting them to fix an issue and somehow it was our fault.

There are a lot of good things on the menu. The food is flavorful and everyone down to the servers, are polite.
No customer but i have to wait 20 minutes for a coffee. And it’s too salty and bitter! Omg
The restaurant itself was quiet and nice. The upper floor was where we sat and it was a small table for two. The food was just so bland it was crazy. Every thing we got had no flavor at all. I took my fried rice home and added sesame oil and soy sauce to make it taste like something. Really disappointing especially considering the prices. The $17 cocktails are good but not worth $17.
