Went with DH today. He ordered a shrimp vermicelli with spring rolls and I ordered a mixed seafood Pho along with another type of springroll which I can't remember the name. Everything was delicious, DH gave his dish a 10 out of 10 and my Pho was a 9/10. I have eaten seafood Pho in a favorite Vietnamese Cafe in Houston a few times and they don't include the surimi which for me is not the real deal and I try to eat real food as much as possible, but the delicate flavor...
The food here is delicious, the staff are friendly, and the location is easy to get to with plenty of parking. I've eaten here over a dozen times and everything I've ordered is so tasty!
I recommend the chicken pho, as that is my favorite. The shrimp rolls are great, too.

We got the traditional spring roll, miss Saigon spring roll, beef vermicelli, pork vermicelli, and meat trio vermicelli.
Pork vermicelli was good enough. But the meat trio and beef vermicelli were great. Beef super flavorful and great texture. The broth was flavorful, not greasy and the right amount. Also, the have a homemade spicy sauce that went perfect with our vermicelli.
