Thank you to Mason and Toby for a great meal. (Pipeline store) The meat lovers pizza was delivered hot and it was delicious. The best part of the meal was the gorgeous salad we ordered. It was so FRESH and I loved it. They actually called after we placed the order for delivery and said they were out of fresh lettuce and were going to get some so we might have a bit of delay. If I had answered the call I would’ve told them to not worry about it but they talked to my husband first. Our cookie was warm out of the oven and we can’t wait to enjoy a little later this evening. I called the store to tell them thank you and Mason was very kind and appreciative and he let me talk to Toby who delivered and he was very courteous-when he delivered and on the call. We had a long day and this was our first and only meal today and it was perfect. Thank you. We’re grateful for people and companies that take pride in their work, go above and beyond, and take care of their customers. I hope you both have a wonderful day.

Great customer service from Trevor and the Young man that cooked the pizza 🍕 they both did a tremendous job. Trevor gave great customer service he took the order. The cook came to the front to get the pizza 🍕 cooked it quickly . We was outta there in 7 mins! Me and my husband was very satisfied. We will be back again they both rock . Best Mr. Jim’s around in the DFW. Keep up the good work you my man. 😊

45 minutes after ordering, the location called to say they were out of iceberg lettuce and asked if a substitution was okay. We didn’t mind substituting, but the question shouldn’t have taken 45 minutes to be asked before calling. 45 minutes after that phone call, the order was delivered. So 1.5 hours from order to delivery. Cheese sticks were good, the pizza arrived cold and was not even cut. The salad only had spinach and cheese. No onions, peppers, or veggies at all that were listed on the menu. This kind of service is completely unacceptable.

I’ve been eating Mr. Jim’s since I was in high school & this location is the absolute TRUTH! The manager here is beyond knowledgeable he explained to me the great deals the location has and the difference between Mr. Jim’s pizza and the other mainstream pizza shops! The Pizzaologist (young lady making the pizza) was beyond exceptional; I already tell ppl about Mr. Jim’s but imma let the homies know about this location for sure!

This is now my favorite pizza place,they use fresh ingredients and the pizzas actually taste like pizzas unlike other places that sell cardboard pizzas and the customer service is great here i always get greeted when i enter,i love it🤩
I’m new to the area and found out about this place on DD. I’ve ordered from them twice so far. I have had their Sticky Fingers pizza with extra cheese and a garlic Parmesan thin crust. I’ve also had the wings. I didn’t care for the wings but the pizza is amazing. The service I have gotten has been great with no items missing from my orders either time. I look forward to going into the store to eat soon.
Vegetarian options: The owner’s favorite is a vegetarian pizza. It says that on the website.

I am a former general manager for a company in the food industry, and when I walked in to order my first pizza through Mr Jims in Hurst I was really impressed with the young lady that was behind the counter . Her name is Carrie, and I was wanting to actually still her away But joke was on me when I found out her and her husband own this Mr Jims. It was a big improvement from the Mr Jims that was here over a year ago. These people are really bubbly and they will go the extra mile for you. I thought Mr. Jim’s A little pricey, but all in all with her coupons that came out pretty much the same as anywhere else. The difference is pizza toppings are a lot more than anywhere else and I just love the Detroit style and the sticky fingers. Have not tried the keto which I don’t think I’ll ever try and I have not tried their dessert yet, so the place is really clean and they have a stock on varieties of drinks. I’m talking root beer, big red Sunkist, orange, great RC Dr Pepper ginger ale seven up and a few Where are diet drinks. I love that their oven is extra extra clean and they’re just really nice people. Just to let y’all know that there is no half eaten pizza so I don’t know where they’re getting this at the bottom of this page and they don’t have seven layer dip. When I come up there for another order, I will let them know that somebody messed them up on Google kind of funny though because they said that they have a half eaten pizza.
