Start off with some big dude with tattoos who's the host who is pretty upsetting. Started talking to us like he was doing this a favor to put us on the list but then give us ultimatum of out in the patio or wait an hour. We finally got seated and the waiter came by took our drink order, we ordered our food which was mostly good, but we had to ask for bread a couple of times until they finally brought it and then the meal came. Ribeye steak is tough as leather. Very difficult to chew, so I cut it in real tiny pieces I was able to eat about half of it I brought the rest home then ended up throwing it away two days later

I have ordered via a delivery service a few times. The last two hasn’t been a good experience. The steak is rare or medium rare not medium well. I have to cook it when it arrives. Eating in has typically been a good experience. I called and emailed with no response. Last week it happened again.
04/20/24 - Ordered Ribs & steak was cold, service sucks never got ask for a refill or my family. Kids did not enjoy there meal, same as my wife. Never Again, paid over $100 with family. Don’t recommend, don’t waste your money, go to Texas Roadhouse or

Steak was mostly raw in the Alfredo and shrimp, macaroni was something that didn’t taste like macaroni and was not better than the Alfredo even though it was very bland like the Macaroni. I do not like their special sauce because it was nasty and tasted like sanitizer and the smell of bleach. Would not recommend , go to Texas road house

We wanted something different for lunch, so we chose Outback. I had the grilled chicken with fries, and my cousin had the sirloin steak and fries. The chicken was very moist and delicious, but my cousins steak was not prepared the way she had ordered it. Our waiter saw it as she was cutting into it, and before she could say anything, he took it back to the kitchen to have it properly done. The MOD (Manager On Duty) brought it back to her to apologize and to see if it was to her satisfaction, and all was well. I love this type of service because it makes me want to come back again. ????

This review is on management and food quality only. Sharon was a fantastic server. The runners were awesome. Steak was raw and ordered medium well. Sharon politely retuned for me and Manager James returned it Well done, I mean burnt. Mine and my sons. I came for steak and was extremely disappointed. Because of that I requested that my meal be comped. 1 HOUR IN A STEAK HOUSE NOT GET THE STEAK THE WAY YOU WANT IT AND LEAVE WITHOUT STEAK????
The food I recall was amazing. (pre covid)Nowadays is still good in its way. If you want a steak so far from my experience. Rare (never asked since I got it for my “medium”) med-rare (rare) median (rare) med well (well done) well (surprise) it's always a surprise
