Is you ever thinking to get pandas don’t go to this location drive through terrible service take about 15 to 20 min. Customer service on the service at window gets worst people that they not happy at their work or don’t have good service attitude to be at the customer service area like a drive through or taking orders ether at the window or in should give them this position. Buy the way I ask for two hot sauce for my plate and he gave me 30 packages as a joke but thank you I will trash it for you ., for for the chef, I won’t lie the food specially orange chicken and fried rice was on point I think that’s the only thing it will help this restaurant to keep the business running at least the chef doing the perfect work or love what he is doing.

This location uses an AI drive-thru that can't understand what you tell it, and then when it fails enough times, it DIALS a call center to take your order. This is absurd. 50% of the time when I don't drive away in frustration, my order is wrong. I even have the person at the window repeat my order back to me, and they still give me the wrong or missing items. This has happened multiple times this year and it's so frustrating that I'm leaving a review in the hopes it gets fixed.

AI drive through ordering was having issues and we had to keep repeating ourselves. Drove to the window and verified our order which was all wrong. Got a lecture from the attendant and insinuated we spoke our order incorrectly even though I had done it in the past. Got our order checked it in the parking lot before leaving the premises and noticed a missing item. Went inside to get the missing item and the same guy did not say a word and tossed it at me. I stayed courteous from beginning to end with thank you's and calm voice.

The second time I've been to this Panda Express carry out. Got my food in a bowl mainly rice. 2 scoops of the main course is all looked at the egg rolls. The vegetable egg rolls, they looked way overcooked. They looked horrible. I've never seen egg rolls. Look that bad. I told the girl and she said she was sorry. I told her she should throw them out.

Idk how they are able to stay in business with charging as much as they do for what they're selling. Nothing on the employees. I'm sure in cooperate pushing them to put less meat. The best Panda Express experience here at this location I’ve not been disappointed at all, I’m amazed how quick and tasty the food is every time thank you to each and every one of the staff for all you do it is greatly appreciated.👍

I don't live near precinct line road. I usually go to the one on BEACH STREET. But I was coming home from work. This young girl handed me my food . Now I ordered a plate, 2 bowls &3 spring rolls. COMMON SENSE tells you to put the plate in first in the middle of the bottom of the bag, then put the rest of the items in.RIGHT! WRONG theses idiots put the plate on the side of the bag and handed to me . Everything was just thrown in there. I asked if the spring rolls were in the bag, because I didn't see them. So I started pulling stuff out one of the bowls broke open all over my car. Lid wasn't on properly. I asked if they could fix it. The young girl said no! I told her if she put everything in the bag properly and did her job right this wouldn't have happened. Just throwing my high dollar fast food in a bag. McDonald's does a better job!!! Conclusion I won't go to that location!!!

This location is the absolute best near NRH, Keller , Hurst and even Watauga...their new manager Delayna is great, She looks young but She always gives you the old school customer care/service that is so hard to find these days, specially after the pandemic....I have a location closer to my house but I choose to drive a few more miles to enjoy better customer service (number one) and better food (second).
