DRIVE THRU PEOPLE BEWARE - i just spent 20 mins of my life attempting to place a fairly simple order for just two plates of food. It seems that their NEW non-person talking machine is incapable of processing that information. It mixed up food, said they had no fried rice or some other chicken I did not order at that store...could not take the order PERIOD - so I was stuck behind two other customers waiting for their order. When I finally got up to the window - where you would think they would be able to help you - they stared at me and asked what I wanted - when I tried to explain that the little talking machine was unable to take my order, she said she was unable to help me because she was "too busy"...go somewhere else because clearly they do not care about servicing their customers who are willing to wait in line and yet be unable to place an order, let alone receive one. PITIFUL.

Purchased a 2-entree dinner today. The manager & staff looked very busy with lots of customers, but still took time to be pleasant & friendly to everyone. The food was hot, fresh & delicious (& reasonably priced). I was very impressed, & absolutely plan to return to this well-run franchise! Nice job manager & staff! (& no I don’t personally know anyone working there). ?

For background info I used to work here for 2 years. FOOD WAS UNDERCOOKED!! I know their standards and what my husband and I received was not what it's supposed to be. GO TO A DIFFERENT PANDA you WILL get sick going to this one.
