I have been a Panera customer for years now. This particular location in Hurst, has been my go to option on most days until today. I went to pick up my order as per usual, and it was not on the shelf. An order that looked like mine was on the window so I approached and was looking at it to make sure it was mine. An employee of Panera quickly approached me and started yelling and asking what I was doing. Her tone was extremely hostile and rude. Meanwhile, the customers that she was talking to before me, she was being very cordial and polite.

I have never seen her at the store before and there have been plenty of times that I have picked up my order from the window because it wasn’t on the shelf. I have never seen an employee there handing the orders. If that’s a change in their policy, the correct thing to do would’ve been to inform me that I am not longer allowed to approach the window because that’s her job. Instead I was met with hostility and yelling.

I am unsure as to what the problem was, but that’s not how adults communicate, and that’s not how you should be treating customers, especially when they aren’t doing anything wrong. Maybe she was in a bad mood, maybe she is racist and thought I was there to steal somebody’s order. I even made her aware of how rude she was being, to which she responded with silence and disregard.

God forbid someone is hold accountable for their actions. Needless to say, after 5 years of being a loyal customer, I don’t think I’ll be going back to Panera.

What in the world is wrong with the drive thru? I’ve been through it once before, it took forever, they said sorry about the wait so I figured it was just a fluke. I’ve been stuck in this drive thru now for half an hour with only two cars ahead of me. The person behind me went ahead and backed out. This is unacceptable.

Went through the drive through and they couldn’t hear me they need to fix their equipment if they can’t understand people. So I went inside, when I went through the drive through for convenience. After ordering my first item they wasn’t grasping that I wanted a family feast AND additional items so after ordering the family feast I ordered an additional cookie and they told me the family feast only comes with 4 cookies..YES I KNOW THATS why I said I want ADDITIONAL food! Don’t recommend when they are out of food (bread that I didn’t care about) and the app and machine in the front won’t let you order what you want due to the item being in the food but when ordering with people they can over ride the side item.

Our office ordered a large order from here, one lady asked for avocado added which cost extra and she only had a small piece on her sandwich. All the sandwiches barely had any meat on them and the salad was a joke. This was very expensive and it was not even close to being worth it.

I haven’t eaten at Panera bread in several years mainly because the food quality doesn’t match the price. I had a gift card so I placed an order tonight for delivery. I ordered the French ciabatta dipper. It barely had any meat or cheese on it. I expect better for how much the sandwich cost. Probably won’t be back

To me like I was an idiot for not knowing they don’t use the cubbies for pick up orders. He was so sarcastic and rude.

Not good business. Sorry for not knowing that the cubbies that say pick up is not where the food goes for pick up.

Seems like they gave a very small portion size for the 1/2 chicken chipotle sandwich vs nearby Paneras. Maybe due to the portion size, the bread was also burnt. Most of the avocado in the salad was browned. This Panera usually has the best food vs nearby Paneras so this was a surprise.
