Every time we go they say they are out of bread bowls but yet the bread bowls are stored in sight . I order dash and I’m able to get a bread bowl . They need to start being honest about the bread bowls.

I am the first one to give a critical review when service is not up to par, however when my order was delivered incorrectly I did not hesitate to call the restaurant and air my frustrations with the manager on duty who happened to be Shannon. After recently being sick all I wanted was this bowl of soup -and when it arrived wrong I was just defeated! In addition I didn’t realize that Panera bread has driven a stake in the ground around preservatives and does not offer crackers with their soup. Shannon went out of her way to personally come to my place of business and deliver the correct soup and a box of saltines to me that she purchased elsewhere. What an exceptional display of leadership and service. Thank you, thank you Shannon for this compassion and great service. I truly appreciate it, I hope this review is seen by your upper management.

I have come here often. Never again. After waiting 20 minutes for our dine in order, I inquired at the window. A girl put a to go bag up and kept calling a name (not mine). She asked me what my order was. I told her. She told me that was mine. I said mine is dine in, plus one thing was missing and one thing was wrong. So all this sends me back up front where another high school girl is. I asked for the one who waited on me. Disappeared. The missing soup was not on my receipt. It was clearly ordered with a half sandwich. This one gets testy. She walks off. I take one step forward to speak to her about things and she’s telling me to step back .. step back!! So I just went and sat down and we began eating what we had, minus two things. I was livid. Manager came looking around. I did not care to go through it all again. Finished and left all my stuff on the table. My advance tip (also a problem with many customers) can cover that. I’m a senior citizen, and to be jerked around by untrained workers is rude. Very rude. Don't tell me what they get paid. I’ve done these jobs. But I did them with respect. I will not be back to this location ever. Sadly, no one will care.

I'm at an absolute loss with this place. I have gone to the Hurst location 5 times in the last 6 months. Of those 5 times, only once did they have bread. ONE TIME. The name of the place is Panera BREAD. You can't run out of bread at 7:15pm when you're open until 9:30pm if your name is Panera BREAD. Not once mind you, 4 out of 5 times they've run out of bread before the dinner hour was over.Imagine Chick-fil-a running out of chicken, or Pizza Hut running out of pizza.I cannot in good conscience ever spend another dollar here. Too many chances, too many fails.
