Ordered pizza for pick up. When I entered store, the first thing I noticed was the prep-guy making the pizza……..no head gear preventing hair from falling out. Didn’t think anything of it until the wife gagged from seeing hair on her pizza after taking a bite. They delivered another to the house; nice of them, but…… more hair. We’re done! Been ordering from them for years; but we’re done!

This place messed up our order 3 times in the same night. Shame on us the first two times we went back. The third time we just said f**k it and went home. We left a review for them to give us a call but no one reached out to us.
If you order delivery for a certain time don't expect it to arrive at that time. Nope, that's when they will send the food out for delivery - not actually deliver it. And remember when pizza used to he delivered within 15 minutes or it was free? Yeah, well, those days are over. Don't expect to get your pizza for at least 30 minutes - possibly ever. Also, normal apps show you the route of your driver and the Papa John's app just shows a map and tells you that your food is on its way. What's the point of the map? It's been years since I've ordered food from Papa John's and honestly today will be the last time I ever do. Once your food does arrive please don't expect it to be correct. I got all the correct number of items I ordered which is a shock based on the other reviews I just read but none of the food is what I actually ordered. The food also looks like it was cooked 6 hours ago when I put the order in for the delivery tonight. Worst pizza experience ever. I'm not even going to call and complain because I'd rather just get pizza from another company.

The service was terrible. We waited for 1 1/2 hours to receive our pizza, only for the drive to say that he delivered the pizza. Upon talking to the manager, the driver said he called multiple times and spoke to someone at the door but couldn't understand them. Will not be ordering from here again.
