I only gave them one star Because you have to move onto the next step. The food is terrible I don’t think it’s beef I don’t recommend it at all $15 I only took one bite, and it’s the worst steak I ever had in my life.

Antonio at Phil's Philly Grill greeted us warmly and prepared our large order quickly and correctly. The food was prepared in front of us and came out hot and delicious!! There were many options to choose from and the serving sizes were large. we will definitely be back.

Willowbend location is awesome! Hispanic gentleman on the grill has been there for years and does an excellent job with food. The front staff is not so great, but the food is worth it. Great value, great taste.

I had their double cheeseburger and curly fries. The fries were great, the cheeseburger OK. But for $17 total for burger, fries, and sweet tea, everything should be tops. The meat was just slightly better than school cafeteria hamburger patties. The Whataburger down the road and In N Out are better and cost less. Also, the tip jar is insulting to customers who have already paid the high cost.

Well have to say they are the closest I have had to what is up in Philly. The bread is a big problem I usually find down here but this place hit it with the right type. Only two small complaints is needs a little more flavor and pricing a little high but we are talking about eating at a mall. Over all happy with the food and it was a nice little surprise.
I go to this mall just to get a Philly so good every time, never been disappointed and I have been going for over ten years!! Even my picky eating parents love them and drive here just for the food ...staff is super friendly too :)

This place has the Best Philly Cheesesteaks!! Thin sliced and seasoned well. Always delicious and fresh. Clean restaurant and friendly staff. My favorite place for Philly cheesesteaks.The only complaint is the additional up charge for Curly fries and a drink added $6 to our meal. Our family spent what we would have at a sit down restaurant. A bit disappointing.

One of the best chicken quesadillas I've ever had in my life. Highly recommend this place. I went in and ordered it to go. Great portions, packaging and cooked perfectly. Definitely going back soon. I never do reviews but had to for these guys
