Outstanding customer service, I orderd the Oxtail Pho. When I tell you the flavor was amazing!!! The portion size was enough for 3 people. Also, the place was extremely clean.

I have been a customer over the last few years, recently switched from Lewisville location to hurst location, always ordering extra large pho, but it does appear the last three orders I got, they are giving less meat and noodles on extra large, prices have rose a lot over the years which is ok, but food quality has gone down sad to say, will not return….

Great Place, right on my commute so I stop here every week or two. People are nice, food is very flavorful, soups especially, but my absolute favorite is the shrimp cake. One of my favorite places for sure
I have been going to the hurst location for years now and my experience has always been great! I go there so much some of the servers already know my order that’s how good. All staff our friendly, ambiance is lovely, love the music, and it’s very clean! I always get the egg roll(there’s pork in it), small brisket pho, and sometimes I get the grilled pork and grilled shrimp vermicelli. Tried the crispy pork belly today and all I can say is yummy!

Staff customer service needs improvement...you know..things like..smiling is a start, gently place the dishes on the table...things like that.
Other that that, the place has a solid selection and explains the language which is really courteous and cool of them to do. Clean restaurant.

My family and I love the pho broth here and the appetizers were delicious. I ordered a small pho bowl and was surprised by the generous amount of noodles. The fried pork belly and sauce just melts in your mouth.
