My family and I love the pho broth here and the appetizers were delicious. I ordered a small pho bowl and was surprised by the generous amount of noodles. The fried pork belly and sauce just melts in your mouth.

Amazing pho! I had the steak and brisket and it was delicious. A very clean flavorful broth that I added siracha and chili oil to because I like mine spicy. I also had the roasted pork spring rolls and they were great. Good roast pork flavor and the peanut sauce is the perfect pairing. Rounded it out with a coconut milk tea. Will be back for lunch next time I'm in the area.

This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the area. Consistently good food and service. Atmosphere could use a little work. I also noticed that will be open for christmas and Christmas Eve this year
The best Vietnamese food in the HEB area. Pho, grilled pork, the korean beef is really good too! The pork belly could use some kind of spice. Kinda bland!

We ordered two combo pho and a veggie pho. While i was eating, I found hair embedded in the fat of the meat.... So gross. (See photos)
Please be more mindful in the kitchen! Wear hats or hair nets!!
Also, the broth is WAY too greasy. Very underwhelming.

The pho is either hit or miss. Since I am on a low carb diet, I usually order an extra large combination pho bowl with noodles on the side and share it with my six year old. My noodles were served on the side, however, they gave me half the broth. By the time I assembled my son’s bowl, I was left with barely any broth. I asked the server how come they only gave me half the broth, his response se was because I asked for noodles on the side. When I asked for the rest of my broth, they charged me for it.
We usually frequent this establishment but have not been back since, and will never do so again.
