Nice place. My dad got the pho and it was good! Nice flavor and fresh ingredients. The dish I got had a lot of fresh vegetables but the flavor was lacking a little. We asked for some fresh basil to add to our dish and they brought it. That made it a little better. I'd definitely go here for the pho. Love the fish tank!

As a regular customer, this was the first time I’ve ever needed to complain, and the response from the server was disappointing. When a guest raises a concern, the first words should be “I’m sorry—let me check what happened,” NOT “Have you had this dish before?” That question immediately dismisses the concern instead of addressing it. The staff could really benefit from refresher training on customer service.
I ordered the vegetable fried rice, a dish I’ve had at this restaurant and elsewhere, so I knew what to expect. Unfortunately, this version was bland, dry, and lacked flavor. The presentation was also unappealing. Overall, it was far below the standard I’ve come to expect here. I need to find a decent Vietnamese restaurant elsewhere.

I had a pick up and it’s just the absolute worst! I had the spicy basil beef, well, painful! Zero meat and all onions. See pic below.
Also the chk pho was so chewy I had to spit it out. They are completely cheating us and also cheaping out! Painful!

Been coming to this place for years and will keep coming. Pho is always amazing, flavorful, and hot as it should be. All other items like the spring rolls, fried rice, and even their stir fry noodles never stop tasting so good. Staff is very attentive and always do their best to satisfy the customer, such as putting more creamer/ milk to their Vietnamese coffee when asked.
