I had the most amazing experience yesterday. They didn’t have what I wanted to order, so they upgraded my order. The customer service was super friendly and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I was happy as their customer. I’m grateful to have ordered from this store.

I've had many positive experiences at this location. We've done both delivery and carryout though we just carry out most frequently. In the the 6 plus years I've used them. I can only think of the order having a mistake once.
Most recently I made a mistake while we were ordering wings and chose the wrong flavor. The manager on duty let me try them and when I realized they would be too spicy for my wife, she remade the wings with the original flavor I wanted even though I had made the mistake. She then sent me with both sets of wingsb at no additional cost.
That's great customer service! I made a mistake, she made it right. And now she has increased my loyalty. Thank you guys!

Ordered from here a number of times, the staff is friendly and the food is good. Pizza is always kinda dry though, even when I order extra sauce there are always spots where the cheese is burned to the crust because there's little to no sauce

Very bad attention from the staff. You can spend up to 20 minutes waiting to be served and 10 more minutes waiting for your order.

The man inside the store was very rude and disrespectful I am a DoorDasher that is here at least 5 to 10 times a day All managers know me on employees know me and he was not giving me the order even though they know me I asked for a manager he said that he's the manager which I said okay well let me talk to Elizabeth which I know is the manager and he said well she's nothing she's not my boss and etc it makes me never want to order food from this store for myself ever again if we're going to have rude and disrespectful employees who look like they are from the street as nasty and smelly as he was if they had a half a point of the star I would have given that to this today

Quite possibly the worst pizza experience I have ever had. Not only was the pizza cold and wrong and late. But expensive. A $25.00 deal turned out to be $40. I continued with the order because it was a lot of food and I thought we would get a dinner tonight and a lunch tomorrow out of it. Turns out it's all going in the trash. It may have come from the trash and then microwaved and that's why the toppings were wrong and it tasted bad. I work for a school district and I can tell you that microwaved middle school pizza would have been better. Next time I'll just put $40 on cardboard and microwave that.

I ordered from this location and an hour later they called asking me did I have my pizza. Then the guys says “oh well it’s been sitting here for a while now, just thought I’d ask”. Like how the heck would I have my order if you’re looking at it on the shelf? I didn’t find out until after ordering that it would be delivered by DoorDash, because apparently the drivers shift ended and nobody knew. Another hour goes by and he says oh a driver finally picked up the order and it’s on the way. It had now been 3 hours since ordering the pizza and I still hadn’t received it. I called again he says “you can pay the driver and call tomorrow to see about a coupon”. Driver arrives with cold pizza, & wet because he was lost in the apts while the sprinklers were on. I sent him and the Pizza back to Pizza Hut. I will never order from this location. Horrible service! Do better!

Food quality terrible I got the big box all my cheese was burnt , wings were cold no breading on the too much barbecue sauce cheese sticks taste like cinnamon I will never go back
