The customer service at this location was the worst, the 2 employees valued talking and making pizza's in the back over helping me check out my online 'prepaid' pizza which was waiting for me in the oven behind the counter. I waited for about 5 mins and was told they'd be with me however, after I called to the employees for assistance after waiting patiently, I was ignored, all the while the conversations between the two employees continued on. So, I decided to take my PREPAID pizza that clearly had my name on the receipt out of the oven. And sure enough, that got the female employee attention. She started yelling at me, to come back with the pizza and I told her it was my online prepaid order and since they decided to ignore me, I took it. She continued to yell and then proceeded to call the police on me! She said she was trying to do her job which is the reason why should couldn't help me. Really? Helping me is going her job as well. 🤦🏽♀️She cussed me out and stating that I was wrong to go behind the counter to get my pizza. She was very unprofessional and she tried to escalate the matter by yelling and telling the dispatcher an exaggerated story. I decided to wait for the police in my car and when they arrived, I showed the officer my credit card charge, the receipt with my name on it as well as my I.D. which is honestly all that employee had to do, but instead she went berserk! The officer then went inside to speak with the employee then returned back to me and said said I was good to go and that she was sorry about what I just experienced. The young lady working there needs Jesus 🙏🏽 and to be discharged or retrained in my opinion. What a unprofessional trip! Beware ⚠️

Been a long time since I ate pizza Hut and liked it. Walked in and manager took my order. He was friendly and very helpful. The pizza was not cooked the way pizza Hut traditionally cooked their pizza's. Pepperoni would curl up and burn. Newer technology, better pizza's.

I had the most amazing experience yesterday. They didn’t have what I wanted to order, so they upgraded my order. The customer service was super friendly and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I was happy as their customer. I’m grateful to have ordered from this store.

I've had many positive experiences at this location. We've done both delivery and carryout though we just carry out most frequently. In the the 6 plus years I've used them. I can only think of the order having a mistake once.
Most recently I made a mistake while we were ordering wings and chose the wrong flavor. The manager on duty let me try them and when I realized they would be too spicy for my wife, she remade the wings with the original flavor I wanted even though I had made the mistake. She then sent me with both sets of wingsb at no additional cost.
That's great customer service! I made a mistake, she made it right. And now she has increased my loyalty. Thank you guys!

Ordered from here a number of times, the staff is friendly and the food is good. Pizza is always kinda dry though, even when I order extra sauce there are always spots where the cheese is burned to the crust because there's little to no sauce
