My food was delivered.I ordered a medium pizza and eight hot wings. The pizza toppings looked dried out I believe due to it had been sitting for a while. The hot wings were without bone, which I didn't specify because I thought it would be bone-in if not specified and they did not ask. The food was not hot, not even warm, barely Luke warm. When the guy knocked, and I opened the door, he had taken my food from the bag and sat it on the ground. He was picking my order up off the ground, he had taken my order out of bag he was carrying, He said he had sat my order down to knock on may door. I let that go, but the pizza and the wings were awful. I got two slices and my grand-daughter got two slices, I took a couple of bites and I got upset, could not finish it, because I just don't like how it was prepared; my grand-daughter ate two slices of it because she was hungry, she warmed it up and ate it anyway. I was very disappointed. I called and the guy that answered the phone was nice about giving me a credit for the pizza, but when I asked "should I bring the food back" he said no. I placed an order for a large pizza and 2 liter drink. It was 40 minutes wait for delivery which was no issue. My issue with this Pizza Hut is they used Door Dash not a Pizza Hut delivery driver to deliver my order, still no issue, but when my order was delivered the delivery driver forgot my 2 liter drink. When I told him he forgot my drink he didn’t understand a word I said because I only speak English and he only speaks Spanish, luckily my wife speaks Spanish and told him the issue and he said he doesn’t know what he should do and that we should go get it. After my wife told me what he said I angrily told her to tell him he needs to go get it. He did but when he drove off he peeled out like he was mad and it was my fault he forgot the item. When I called the Pizza Hut and spoke to the manager all she was doing is yawning on the phone like I was boring her with my problem. She said well did he deliver your pizza, and I said yes. She replied with well then what is the issue. I told her my drink was missing and now my pizza is getting cold. She replied with well it was hot when delivered so she doesn’t understand why I complaining. I told he I’m complaining because I ordered a pizza and drink to be delivered together so me and my wife could sit down and enjoy or dinner. The driver did deliver my drink but 20 minutes after he delivered the pizza and Pizza Hut did nothing no apology, no offer of refund, no offer of a credit on my next order or no offer that they would remake my pizza and deliver it with a cold drink. I wasn’t looking for free stuff just some accountability for the issue. Never had an issue with this Pizza Hut in the past but all I know is they need to work on their customer service skills.

Never got my pizza, ordered at 5:24 , called at 630 they said it was about to be delivered but they would check and call me back. No return call no pizza. Called to cancel order at 7:05. Said they will refund money no apologies or excuses offered. Never again, and I ordered from them ALOT!
Although I typically refrain from leaving reviews, I am compelled to share my recent experience. I ordered a pepperoni pizza alongside chicken Alfredo and cheese sticks. Unfortunately, the cheese sticks arrived stale and the bread was not fresh, while the entire batch appeared overcooked. Moreover, the chicken Alfredo lacked flavor, displaying an unusual consistency with a bitter taste. I would not recommend this place based on my disappointing encounter.

The order was really bad !! The pizzas no cheese no toppings no sauce enough!! No flavors at all my order was 2 larger pizzas and boneless wings and I pay almost $60 for that order I will never order at this location again. HEY PIZZA HUT CHECK THE QUALITY OF YOU FOOD !!!Parking: The place was dirty!!

Placed an online order to pick up on my way home from work. Walked into a quiet store with seemingly only one employee working, but he was friendly and had everything ready. Best looking pizzas we've ever gotten from pizza hut and great customer service. The gentleman working deserves acknowledgment as most places the quality would drop when short handed but it was above and beyond my expectations. I wish I would have gotten his name, but hopefully he gets the credit he deserves.
