ordered food for delivery and the order was incorrect. Ordered a pepperoni melt with marinara and received a meat lovers with garlic aioli and blue cheese? The order also got delivered 25 minutes after the original time and arrived cold. When I called to inform them they left me on hold and were not helpful whatsoever. I tried calling again to place a new order and again, put on hold.

They literally didn't deliver my food
Do NOT eat here. The service is terrible. The food is terrible! I ordered cheese sticks and of course they were burnt. I asked why did the cheese sticks look like that, and of course the guy at the register said, “I don’t know!” I asked to speak to a manager to express my concerns. The manager (Jake) tells me the same thing but of course with an attitude. I asked for my money back only to be met with smart comments. He proceeds to tell me to speak to his manager in the morning. When I asked for his name and the managers name, he really became irritated. He started making comments about me receiving my “little sixDollars back.” I told him it wasn’t the money and I didn’t have 15 minutes for him to make more. I will NEVER step foot in this location. Liz, if you are reading this, please retrain your employees!

I don’t even know why I bother giving them another chance. I guess I keep hoping things will be better...I give up on you Pizza Hut. 10 chances to redeem yourself is enough.....
First, the order was wrong. We called back and the kid answering the phone told us it would be another hour before someone could deliver the replacement so we asked if it could be expedited since we had already ordered nearly 45 minutes earlier. He said he would ask his manager and put us on hold...for 25 minutes. Realizing nobody was going to answer, we stayed on hold and drove up to the store. At the 33rd minute we made it to the counter and asked the kid who put us on hold earlier about the chicken and he walked off. Nobody came to the counter for the next 5 minutes. While waiting, another customer told us that the manager had just told the employee to just hang up on any calls. Eventually the manager came to the counter and plainly asked “what do you need?”, not apologizing at all for the string of issues she had just heard. While we waiting for our order, another customer came up complaining about being put on hold for an hour. The manager denied that it was one of the employees, first saying “We don’t answer the phones. We have an answering service.” and later contradicted herself saying “I told these guys ‘Don’t answer that phone or I’ll cut your fingers off.’ We have boycotted ordering from this store a couple times before over the years for poor customer service issues, but this is the last time. This store is TERRIBLE!
Spend almost 30 bucks, get horrible tasting pizza, and the worst customer service you could ever imagine from Angel the shift lead. She will insinuate that your a liar and not even listen to you. Horrible experience!! Second complaint in over two years and this is how employees are allowed to treat their customers....too many other pizza companies that value their customers to be treated this way.
first would be to quit overcharging credit card customers, second would be to actually deliver on time. according to the pizza tracker my order was in the car for over 1.5 hours. don't recommend
This Pizone is the saddest ever. Ordered a meaty and there was barely any, 7 pieces, 3 kinds mind you and a tiny blob of cheese in 2 lbs of dough. Won't be doing this again!!!

Took them an hour and a half to deliver 2 pizzas and I live 7 mins away they kept me on hold for more than 10mins when I called to check the status and then disconnected the line and when I kept calling back the kept disconnecting the line I received a text my order was out for delivery and it still didn't arrive for another 20mins and again I live 7mins away and to top it off the pizza wasn't all that hot!!
