I had such a great time at Potbelly tonight. I wasn’t sure what to order, so I asked Caster what his favorite sandwich was, and he suggested the Italian. It was absolutely delicious! Thanks so much for the wonderful service and the fantastic sandwich, Caster.

They completely mess up one of my sandwiches, we found a pretty big jalapeño on the kids sandwich (he wouldn't eat it...) and the bacon was very strongly peppered bacon (not listed as such online)

We stopped by for lunch yesterday. The food is always excellent but the workers were genuinely happy and made our day!

First time at this location. Ordered the BBQ sandwich and my child ordered the grilled cheese the employees were really thoughtful, polite, but the sandwiches tasted burned my child sandwich tasted burned and for the first time I threw out a whole sandwich from just one bite and mine only has the meat toppings on half 😑 mine also was burned in the inside but i was hungry so I ate it .it's clean the employees are kind but if the food was not good no need to go back .I'm not sure why but it's not letting me post the video of my son super hard old cookie wrapped I'm plastic .
