Sóoo disappointed. Apparently (or I assume) they did not schedule enough help today. I was taking my 14 (12-30-2011) granddaughter for her special meal. This is the second choice but whatever she wanted. The waitress and bartender were the same person. So she had double duty. Got our drinks in 10 minutes, usually to long to wait but... Granddaughter so we waited. Ordered fried pickles for appetizer and pretty good. Ordered burgers, huge surprise, and waited a long time for them. Meanwhile a couple came in, host tried to sit them at the bar. They declined wanted to sit at a table which eventually (3 minutes) was behind our both, end of that story but CLEARLY suggested no staff. Anyways after we got our meal we needed refills on our drinks. Dr. Pepper, strawberry lemonade waited 15 minutes. Sóon we needed some more fries (bottomless) I held my hand up for 10 minutes before waitress acknowledged us then another 5 for fries. Left very unsatisfied left a smaller tip. We've been here before and know they can do better 80$ (eighty) dollars later. Shame on Red Robin. Will I go back, probably but not in near future

Red Robin was a great lunch stop. The restaurant was clean, service was fast, and the staff member who helped us was genuinely friendly, patient, and accommodating—exactly what you want during a midday break. The food matched the service: fresh, satisfying, and well done.

Honestly, I can’t remember the last time I had a burger and fries from Red Robin, but this visit was a reminder that they still know how to deliver a solid, classic meal. No fuss, no disappointment—just a good burger and fries done right. Definitely a place I need to visit more often.

Waited at the front of the line for over 30 min just now for a pick up order - something easily given in 2 min - my entire lunch break was spent waiting. And the burger was sloppily made. Wouldn't recommend this place unless you want to wait for a half hour for any service.

My wife, mother-in-law, and I went in on Saturday afternoon around 1:15. We were seated quickly. However that’s where it ended. We ordered two Coke Zero’s and a Diet Coke, and waited for about 10 minutes before our waitress finally came back to the table with two drinks. She explained that they had to change out the soda machine, and they still had to change the Diet Coke. My mother-in-law then said to just bring her a Coke Zero. So finally we ordered our food about 1:30. We sat there waiting and waiting and waiting. After maybe 20 minutes our waitress Denise said our food should be out soon. We were never offered an order of your bottomless fries while we waited. Finally around 2:00 I’m guessing the lady who was the Manager brings us our food. She then asked if we needed anything else. My wife who had ordered a salad, said a fork and napkins would be nice. She walks away and makes the waitress bring us silverware and napkins. While we were waiting for silverware and napkins we learned that our french fries were cold. As if our food had been sitting under heat lamp waiting for someone to bring us our food. We let our waitress know that the fries were cold. She brought else two new orders of fries. We had to ask for refills on our drinks because we felt like we weren’t going to see our waitress anymore.
Also the women’s bathroom was a disgusting mess. It smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in who knows when. The trash was overflowing.
We were very disappointed since we have been coming here for 18 years.

Won't be going back here again. We replaced a table next to the bathrooms and after going in to wash our hands it was the worst smell ever like it had been cleaned at all that day. We asked to be moved tables and when we removed they didn't tell the server where we moved too. Then we ordered garlic fries and they gave us regular garlic fries and still charged us the up charge. Just not a good experience at all

The ranch dressing was bottled (we could taste the bottled preservatives). We have frequented Red Robbins for years but will stop going to them if this happens again. The homemade ranch dressing is what has kept us coming back for years but that is about to end if this is the “new” Red Robbin!
