Food is usually pretty good although a few times i’ve gone there and the restaurant was a little dirty. Drink area had stains on the counter and was sticky, one time they were completely out of ice. Chicken is generally pretty good although they always slightly overcook the chicken making it a little too chewy for my liking. Overall good place for a cheap meal.

I ordered from this place for the first time after wanting to try it out. I picked up an online order and once I got to the window and was handed my order, then I was asked by the girl at the drive through if I wanted ketchup. When ordering, I noticed it there was no option to add it online so I figured it was not big deal and forgot all about the ketchup until the worker asked me if I needed any. When I said yes, she proceeded to give me the ketchup and said, “just to let you know for the future, if you don’t request on the order, we won’t be able to give you any ketchup if it is not added on the order and on your ticket”. I was caught off guard and wondered why she would offer in the first place if that was the case. I have never had an issue with getting something as simple as ketchup at a fast food place or restaurant. Why even offer it to me in the first place if it was an issue??? I will take my business and money someplace else where something as getting simple as getting ketchup for food that I paid my money for is not an issue.
