The strips here have a way better flavor than the 55-ingredient chicken seasoning Chick-Fil-A has (yes it has 55-ingredients!) The chicken is always HOT and made fresh to order. The fries just hit perfectly and the combination of syrup and butter fills that sweet tooth urge! And FYI the Fried Pickles are some of the best you’ll ever have.Vegetarian options: Yes! The customer service isn't good they are rude. I ordered a to go order ahead of time when I went to pick it up it was just sitting on the counter while I kept getting ignored. I finally said my order has been sitting there and the male worker was rude because I said something. The food was cold when I got it considering it was getting passed over by other orders.

The day time people are great with service and preparing the food. The evening people we always have a problem with our order. Our wrap was missing cheese and sauce. It was just chicken and wilty lettuce. We didn't pay for fries, but I guess they were thrown in for the horribly prepared wrap. We have gone in the evening other times and our sandwich will taste old. It's too bad.

Usually slim never disappoints, but today Friday 2/23/24 whoever was working around 340pm really made me mad lol. Fries were cold and soggy, both in the meal and on the side. My buffalo wrap had no buffalo sauce and only one tiny chicken strip in it. And lastly can I please get a drink with this ice?? Literally filled to lid with ice. I'll make sure to only go at night now.
First time coming and it was good. To put it simply, toast was not that good, chicken tenders were good, fries were good, sauces were bomb. Would come back for sure.

Can't comment on 90% of the menu items because I ONLY get the 3 & 3, garlic parmesan wings with Slim's sauce and honey mustard for the tendies. Priced at $12.99 always feels a little high, but the fries are on point and you get plenty of legit dipping sauces.
