We had forgotten about a coupon we got in the mail till the day it expired. The employee was kind enough to still accept it. He was very kind and made an embarrassing moment very easy. The smooth was amazing.

I've tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt but after 3 failed visits, I don't intend on returning. I do not recommend this location. On all three occasions, I've waited over 15 mins for a smoothie, and this last visit i just had to leave the toast I ordered because of the time. The manager left a new untrained employee for two hours by himself. Poorly managed location
Just tried another location and let me tell you I will not be doing that again. The staff at the NE mall location are always professional and make everything correctly and keep fully stocked and are courteous enough to update the app if need be. The mall location can get busy but it’s worth the wait !!!
