The little white girl kylee is so fast and makes the bowls and toasts the best, smoothies are even better she just brings up the mood after a long day of work! And she’s always there to attend me what a busy girl 🥰

I doordashed my smoothie bowls from here. I don't know who's idea it was to put the bowls in cups filled with ice, but give them a god damn raise. My bowls came in really good condition despite the heat out there.

George at store #417 was alone this Sunday morning and handled the crowd and orders amazingly! I was impressed at how well he took, processed, and cleaned up after each order. It was a bit slow because he was alone, but you can't rush quality. I was visiting the area for the weekend and I will definitely return my next visit.

This was a good smoothie King!
When I arrived, there was a bit of a weight, but they worked through the line pretty quickly .
The service was good. They took my order promptly and were able to get the drink put together and mixed in just a few minutes.
I actually ordered a 32 ounce angel food, which is actually the strawberry and banana smoothie I asked for extra banana and their little energy boost option .
I was a bit worried that the energy boo that they were going to add might change the flavor of the drink and I wouldn’t like it …. It turns out I was wrong. The flavor was great. They added the extra banana and I was very pleased.
I would highly recommend this location, even if you’re in a hurry the service is good and they take time to make your drink, right !

Everyone was nice but, I was grossed out watching the yte guy fix my smoothie with dirty hands and nails. What is your food handling policy? Should each employee wash their hands before handling the smoothies?

I am not sure of the young man’s name who helped us tonight but he was INCREDIBLE. My 2 boys and I went in tonight around 7:30 for a watermelon hydration smoothie and he was so kind, helpful, and respectful. My 11 year old even said, “he has such good manners!” as we walked away.
We have a smoothie king close to home but with customer service like this, we will drive a little further to come back!

After just moving, our first visit to the Smoothie King in Hurst, TX completely blew us away and it was all thanks to Jaquille! We’ve always been fans of Smoothie King, but we’ve never experienced customer service like this.
The moment we walked through the door, Jaquille greeted my family with such warmth and kindness it instantly made us feel at home. He was incredibly knowledgeable, positive, and truly went above and beyond to make our visit special. He was not only polite and friendly, but genuinely happy to help. You could tell he cares about every customer that walks through the door.
The atmosphere in the store was amazing fun, upbeat, and super welcoming for families. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and excited to come back. And we have been back multiple times!
One day in particular, after a tough afternoon, we walked in hoping for a little pick-me-up. Somehow, without even knowing, Jaquille sent us off with the most delicious smoothie and an uplifting message that completely turned our day around. It meant so much to us.
Every time we leave this Smoothie King, my whole family feels fantastic thanks in large part to Jaquille’s energy and the wonderful environment he helps create. Thank you for making this place feel like a little slice of joy. We’re so glad to have found this gem in Hurst!
