Employees are always super friendly, huge menu with a lot of choices depending on what you're looking for as far as health wise, energy wise, or just a treat. Other locations near me are not nearly as friendly, so I will deal with the mall traffic to come to this location any day.

Why is it almost anytime I go to any smoothie king location it’s just 1 person taking orders and making ALL the drinks with like lines with more than 12 people? Store managers need to step up

Only 1 person working Dec 23 is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!! Waited 45 min. Manager should have come in to assist. Terrible terrible terrible!!!!!
There’s a guy that work Restaurant rude and have nasty attitudes I asked for a corporate number they wouldn’t give me the corporate number. I feel that If they have a problem with transgender people definitely will not be going back to this

If there is more than 5 stars i would give to this restaurant because they deserve it. When you order smoothie you will get your order in less than one minute if you think I'm lying you have to go and see what I'm talking about. Thanks?

Came in for 2 smoothie bowls just to have 4 people come in afterwards and get their order before me. I Tipped $5 for what?! This is why people don’t tip prior to service. Who ever was on the noon shift needs a review on customer service etiquette instead of talking about whose cute and singing. Then after patiently waiting I was asked “are you waiting on something?”… wellll yeah !!!

Came in earlier today (07/20) and waited 30 minutes for my smoothie to be made when there was no one else in line, online orders had already been fulfilled and there were four employees there! Staff seemed too busy chatting away, and preoccupied in the back leaving the front of the store empty for close to 10 minutes. Not to mention, the store also REEKED of horrible body odor ?

Very disappointed that I drove to this location from the airport only to have the young man say yes we have the bowls but since it's new and take a moment to make we stop serving them at 8pm. It wad 8:02 and they close at 9pm. I asked is this advertised then how would I know that? So this is how you treat paying customers. I will never return to this location. If you do not understand the opportunity to sell an $11 bowl versus a $7 smoothie out of convenience of the worker then you should not be in business.
