If I could do 0 stars, I would. The new franchisee fired all the good employees that have been at this location and the Southlake location and brought in people that don’t know what the hell they are doing. Different person every time, they don’t even say, good morning what can I get you today? No it’s a lull “hi” or “what do you want” over intercom. Not to mention, my smoothie is different every time and clearly not getting my protein because they do not make the smoothie accurately as they always have leftover so they are wasting money and providing incorrect recipes. I noticed another reviewer talk about the smoothie tasting like unflavored whey and ice and twice now I have gotten the same. I didn’t even bother to return, because they are so rude. Finally, my daughter sometimes shares with me and I have always been given an extra kids cup without issue and the other day the girl working said, that’ll be an extra cost in a rude tone and I said, okay, they never charged me before but fine, she then told me new management. I said clearly, everyone I know is gone. I get a smoothie literally EVERY day, prior employees knew me and my kiddo and often I didn’t even have to say my order, they just knew it. I will no longer be coming here. Corporate really needs to vet these franchisees out. Bad look.

I’ve already sent this to corporate as well. They need to send me roughly $50 in refunds, my husband got me one earlier today and it’s awful. $7-8/drink. What a waste of a good location.

Got the wrong smoothie and then staff want to argue. I think the language barrier is a challenge. I’ve been here twice in the last week. After some back and forth the first time, we were able to figure out how to get my smoothie ordered. Second time it tasted like a couple scoops of unflavored whey protein with some ice. The staff explained that strawberries cost extra…. In a strawberry smoothie. I’ll be sure to never visit this location again. Maybe add photos to the menu so that you can just point to what you want and the staff can understand.

Just threw away an $8 “smoothie.”

This location is terrible. Took forever for me to get my drink with no one inside. And no one in the drive though. Not to mention they couldn’t answer any of my questions. Also, they didn’t know how to make the smoothies on their menu they were flipping through a recipe book left on the counter.
