Smelled strangely of rubbing alcohol in the lobby. Fruit fly landed on my nose as I was drinking my smoothie. Drink was pretty nasty. Good thing I only spent 9 dollars on it.

it's 1pm in the afternoon and the door is locked? I think that's weird and unprofessional that there's not even a sign posted or anything on the door.

Well, this location sends out coupons. I received one and went there armed with the coupon, my phone with the Smoothie King app, etc. knew what I wanted, told the youngster at the counter. Handed him my phone and the coupon. He said their scanner wasn't operational and asked for my phone number. I told him that Smoothie King doesn't allow the phone number to be used to add visits to one's profile, etc. I did give him my phone number to humor him. As I told him the phone number did not work after he input the number. Now to the coupon. It was 2 bucks. I order the same thing virtually every time I go to a Smoothie King, so I know what the price should be with $2.00 off. He tells me the price which was the price before $2.00 off. I advise him that it is too high. I get the deer in the headlights look. I just told him to keep the coupon and left. There are a few of these franchises close by now. Just too easy to go to another one. Never again.

went up in there for a smoothie bowl. Lowkey took a long time . That being said I was the only one in there. After that long time I got by bowl and left . I shoulda looked at it because that was the most watered down thing I’ve ever drank. (key word: drank, I should not be drinking it right off the bat) Not only that. It tasted like straight up water. How you gonna charge me $10 then give me a watery liquid in a bowl with fruit in top ? I thought they were supposed to be thick and tasty. Yall did me so wrong, all I wanted was a nice smoothie bowl. C’mon now, Panera could probably make a better one . Highly disappointed. Be careful if you come here .

I promised Miguel a review, and I won't let him down. This is a great location, they are always friendly and get our order out fast. It's in a convenient location with a drive-thru and I have never spent more than 5 minutes from start to finish waiting on an order. Also, Smoothie King milk chocolate covered almonds are sooo good. Keep up the good work, love your store!

This was my wife's first time at Smoothie King and the large selection of smoothies was overwhelming to her. Miguel was able to quickly assist my wife in finding the perfect smoothie for her. It was just in time too as she was starting to get hangry! :) Thanks, Miguel! We will definitely be back.

Been going to this location for a long time. And have seen the employee turn over. When you get use to a good one they endup leaving. The past couple of weeks Miguel has been there and has great customer service. Very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. He did warn me that he helps out at other locations. I'd hope they would keep him at the hurst one. It's nice to do business with people who remember you. Thanks for great customer service Miguel!!!
