Took30 minutes this this time for my order
And the time before that was 45 minutes and all I order was 2 shakes I will not be going back to this location I'll drive 10 more minutes to get better service

This Sonic is under absolutely the worst management. My drinks were made incorrectly and our experience with the staff and management was terrible. Definitely will not be back

Stopped here for a break on a roadtrip, placed an order for a corn dog, medium tots and large coke zero, they literally lost my order and then ignored me, i worked at sonic for 2 years, its the easiest job ever. Maybe train your employees, hope this helps! I just left because I was not going to waste my time anymore!

They have taken out half the drive in touch screens and now want you to order on your phone before or when u arrive! Isn't a touch screen bad enough! Now the company is so cheap they want to remove them all so they can save money and offer, if it's even possible,less service than it already does. I mean come on! Do I really have to pull out my phone to order food!!!What happened to being customer friendly.
Took 30 mins to get a chicken sandwich and it was cold and soggy when I finally got it. Had to go in and ask for my food and didn’t see one adult in there. Pretty sure this store is being run by hight school kids. Won’t be back.

I waited over 30 minutes for a shake and mozzarella sticks before I gave up. They were too busy making orders for other employees to care about the customers. Once the employees food was handed out, I saw customers arrive after me get their food before my mobile order. I hope this location closes.

People who got here before us got their orders, waited for Abt 10 minutes.
We got 2 drinks and like 3-2 different foods. Never coming back.

This is the first and only time I've ever been disappointed in a visit to Sonic. I placed my mobile order from the stall for a medium redbull recharger (sour dragon fruit ) and small groovy fries, and it took double the wait time (9 min), full 20 minutes to get delivered to the car and the fries were half full, cold, and no groovy sauce was included with my bag.
The location wasn't busy at the time, as there were only 4 vehicles in the whole lot.
I'm not sure what went so wrong with this really simple order. How it took so long to deliver disaponetment in the form of cold French fries and a fountain drink, I'll never know.
But in the future, I won't gamble my time or money on ordering at this location again.
Kid-friendliness: My 1 year old was not pleased with the wait.

I have had issues before with the Precinct location, but with a multiple times having issues this is just unprofessional.
-Forgetting entire meals
-Taking 20 minutes to make a PREORDERED drink
-Worker on her phone and on a FaceTime while working

Placed a mobile order @11:41. Ready @11:47. It was FINALLY brought to my car @12:07. This is my 2nd app order where it took so much linger than promised and the locations weren't busy, maybe 2 cars before I got there.
