DO NOT USE A CREDIT CARD HERE!!!!
I made a card payment on their drive up screen. The employee came out with my food and said my payment did not go through. I then paid cash but when I got home I saw a notification that my payment did go through. I called and was told to wait a few days to see if the payment comes off. I called back days later after the payment processed. The manager told me sorry for you just dispute the payment with your bank. How many people have had this happen and didn't catch it??? Beware Sonic charges double at this location.

ISubject: Serious Incident at Sonic – Unprofessional and Inappropriate Employee Behavior
I recently visited the Sonic location and had a highly uncomfortable experience with one of the employees. A young Hispanic gentleman, who was working at the window, ignored my girlfriend’s attempt to place our order and instead approached my side of the car. He began making personal conversation with me, including repeated inappropriate and sexual innuendos, despite my clear attempts to shut down these advances and focus solely on placing my order.
After I made it clear I was not interested and just wanted my food, the employee went inside and, shockingly, called the police, falsely claiming I was smoking with my baby in the car. For the record, I had only exited my vehicle to smoke a legal THC cigarette purchased from a nearby smoke shop, and there was no child in the car. The manager then approached me, apparently already aware that the police had been called, which leads me to believe the employee reported me out of retaliation after I rejected his repeated advances.
This experience was extremely unprofessional and made me feel harassed and targeted. I believe this behavior constitutes sexual harassment and false reporting, both of which are serious issues. I am not part of the LGBT community and felt very uncomfortable by the employee’s actions and the subsequent false accusation.
I hope Sonic will address this matter promptly to ensure no other customer has to go through a similar experience.

This Sonic is under absolutely the worst management. My drinks were made incorrectly and our experience with the staff and management was terrible. Definitely will not be back

Stopped here for a break on a roadtrip, placed an order for a corn dog, medium tots and large coke zero, they literally lost my order and then ignored me, i worked at sonic for 2 years, its the easiest job ever. Maybe train your employees, hope this helps! I just left because I was not going to waste my time anymore!

They have taken out half the drive in touch screens and now want you to order on your phone before or when u arrive! Isn't a touch screen bad enough! Now the company is so cheap they want to remove them all so they can save money and offer, if it's even possible,less service than it already does. I mean come on! Do I really have to pull out my phone to order food!!!What happened to being customer friendly.
Took 30 mins to get a chicken sandwich and it was cold and soggy when I finally got it. Had to go in and ask for my food and didn’t see one adult in there. Pretty sure this store is being run by hight school kids. Won’t be back.
