Update I sent in what you asked and no one replied or called me back. I stopped in a few days ago and ordered a large size super sonic combo add peppers, plain and with mustard. I get 3 blocks to my apartment and my burger had mayo and ketchup and the tots were small. I called and talked to a manager named Renea. He was supper sweet and said next time I come in mention his name and they will replace my order. Well I stopped after work and told them what I ordered and Renea said just mention his name and it can be replacement. The person at the drive thru stated they do not see anyone stating that. I go to the window and they charged me 13 something for my order. I had to ask for a receipt. I get home again just 3 blocks and my burger was cold, tots ice cold, and my cherry limeade had no limes. I was so frustrated at the window because I had just got out of a funeral I didn't think to check my order.

2 times i have been there when it was not busy, yet after waiting 10 minutes Noone spoke to take my order. Yes I pushed the button. Both times I left because Noone asked for my order.

I have no idea what’s going on here. I think they’ve changed managers. But the other day I ordered a rt 44 diet cherry lime made EASY ICE, I got a cup full of ice and 1 ounce of soda. I measured the soda and it was 1 ounce.
Today I ordered 2 burritos and crissont bites, and got there and was told they have no eggs. 🙄
So no breakfast for me.

Besides not paying the employees a livable wage, apparently they are being made to work in a small space with no AC in triple digit heat temperatures. The owner needs to do better.

In regards to your response: let me stop by there tomorrow and see if they’re still having to work without AC. If it’s not fixed, I will file a complaint.

IT TOOK ME 40 MINUTES TO GET MY FOOD. HE SHOULD HAVE WARNED ME AND HAD ME GO TO DRIVE THRU, IT TOOK THEM 40 MINUTES TO GET MY FOOD OUT. I WORK GET AN HOUR FOR LUNCH AND I NEEDE TO GET BACK SO I DIDNT WANNA BE MEAN BUT I WANNA EAT.

Called location to confirm they had the straws for the Unicorn Dream Slush. They confirmed there were plenty. I ordered an online pickup, app said ready in 5 minutes. Arrive 8 minutes later and proceed to wait 22 more minutes for them to bring the order out. Drinks were melted, NO UNICORN STRAWS, and the food was soggy and cold. Annoyed that we went out of our way to confirm so we could get a fun little treat and ended up wasting money on food and drinks that were spoiled by the time we received them.
