I don't understand why thus starbucks has forever been supper slow. always understaffed. it's a great location very nice store but so slow. sat April 26, 2025 at 130pm 2 cars in front of me. in line for 16 minutes. wtf .I will never fo back others near by don't have this issue only this store. must be privately owned franchise mire about profit over happy customers I'm done

I try to support local coffee shops over Starbucks most of the time, but I certainly won't turn down a hot soy latte brought home by my sweet husband. The reason this is getting 3 stars is because it's pretty good and no one was blatantly rude, but they weren't exactly friendly either.
In addition to the latte my husband ordered, he also ordered 2 bfast sandwiches, one for himself and one for our son. He got home and only had one. I had a gift card so I placed a mobile order for the sandwich he had ordered, and I added an oatmeal for myself. I just picked it up and got home and the oatmeal that was supposed to come with a variety of toppings like blueberries, nuts, raisins, etc is just a cup of plain oatmeal and there are no toppings in the bag to be found.
This isn't the first or second time this has happened at this location. I understand mistakes happen, but there comes a point when it's obviously an issue with training or apathy from the staff.
My advice is to support local shops instead, and if you come here, just check your bag before you drive off.

The staff is nice HOWEVER it's usually messy in the eat in area and the last 2 times I ordered, my drinks were so wrong after the wait. I'm so sad because it was convenient rather than going across the street to the free standing Starbucks but 8.00 for a drink and it's wrong sucks. I even show them my order on the Starbucks app! Not me telling them, it's written out on the app. I think I'll just go to the store direct, not worth the time and money, plus I couldn't use my star points : (

I usually have no problem with any drink I get from this Starbucks. But today I feel like I got scammed. I order a grande white chocolate mocha and a grande pumpkin spice both hot. I get to my car and they could’ve been a tall size order poured into a grande cup. They were only half full.
