The staff is nice HOWEVER it's usually messy in the eat in area and the last 2 times I ordered, my drinks were so wrong after the wait. I'm so sad because it was convenient rather than going across the street to the free standing Starbucks but 8.00 for a drink and it's wrong sucks. I even show them my order on the Starbucks app! Not me telling them, it's written out on the app. I think I'll just go to the store direct, not worth the time and money, plus...
I really want to extend a huge shoutout to the staff here. Today was my first time visiting this location, and after a very unpleasant experience with a nearby Starbucks location, you all really made me feel welcomed/valued. 10++ on service & hospitality! Kindness really goes a long way now days. Thank you!
