Ordered my drink and after waiting 20 minutes in drive thru my drink was made absolutely wrong. So I came inside and had the drink remade but it was still made poorly. Any other store gets the drink make right. I suppose there is a lack of training on this store.

Glad i trusted myself to look at this before i drank it and not the one that put the top on the cup after seeing it this way. Same drink different Starbucks which one would you drink?

I understand yal were a little bit busy, but you should always make sure of quality assurance of what you are serving it's was bitter and no sweet like a salted caramel cold brew should be sweet not all bitter it's just coffee with cream that's it. I guess i Just need to make sure to taste before leaving drive thru
I always regret stopping at this Starbucks - 20 mins waiting in the drive through with 3 cars still in front of me - all this with an estimated pick of time that passed well over 15+ mins ago. 20+ mins of waiting for cold food and an empty apology. Ridiculous. I will not be stopping again.

Just went in to pickup a customers order and was looked at. Two women in their own little world so I began to look for the order myself. Found it! In an obscure place not designated for order pick up.

Normally have good things to say about Starbucks today was the exception. Love using the mobile app most of the time get my order right no problems even if they're shorthanded understand impatient but today they had quite a bit of people and whoever was at the window was not very good and verifying their orders maybe she was having a tough day I don't know but didn't even bother checking to see what I ordered just gave me my drinks and then one half of the order had to ask again for the other part was no I'm sorry was no have a nice day with service like that I wish I hadn't tipped

They ask for tip but refuse to give out drink stoppers. Said they are only for delivery drinks

I came here at night through the drive through and I was tended to efficiently
but the service from this one particular employee was poor. I was being polite and saying thank you , I’m not entitled to have them serve me as if it were 5 stars. This employee Joey was very rude. I understand he was probably having a bad/ long day but when I asked a quick question about the pastries to another employee (because he was unapproachable) he came up and told me to get out the line/ go around again because it had been 2-3 minutes already. The line was not full just another car behind me. But he had this attitude even when I ordered in the drive thru. I hope he has a better day because I did not feel welcomed at all. Joey is not a friendly guy at all and that’s ok I hope he finds something he’s happy with.

I called to ask if can do an exchange or get store credit on a cup that was gifted to me without a recipet and was told I could.
Then I came up to the store and was told I couldn't. Train your people better. It's literally the holiday season and I'm a regular who isn't happy. It an unused cup I walked in with with the tag still on. Just satisfy the customer and give them store credit.

Great drinks, always made exactly how I order them. I’m only giving 4 stars since they really need to build a covered ordering area. I got soaking wet from the rain and all I told them is that I had a mobile order.

Such a frustrating visit. After ordering in the app- we went in at our designated time. Only the food on one order was done. They asked who I was picking up for - I gave 2 names, and she said she was working on it. About 5 minutes later, the drinks were done. I asked about the missing food item - they said oh we didn't know that was you." I wanted to say (but didn't) you just asked my name, and I gave you 2.
The item ordered was out of stock, and she asked what we wanted, I found a d told her. She said ok, made about 3 more drinks, and said oh il start your sandwich in a minute."
All in all, I felt like I stood there for an hour- it was probably 20 minutes. This was on top of the 10 minutes promised by the app- total of 30 minutes.
No remorse, no apology, no care. We did have somewhere to be and ended up being late because I didn't think to allow 25 minutes for a mess up at Starbucks.

The manager is rude and obnoxious, so I didn't spend any money there and I never will. She decided to interrupt my phone call because I was outside smoking a cigarette far from the building and nowhere near the patio, and decided to call the police. This is a free country and outside is PUBLIC. NOT FOR SOMEONE TO DEMAND PEOPLE TO DO AS THEY WANT BECAUSE THEY WANT!!! Make this store close or get a new manager that understands outside is not where you try to force your feelings on the pulic. I only gave 1 star because I couldn't give a -10 close it down.
