Ordered 2 Starbucks drinks this morning and this location is our favorite!
They offered the protein pumpkin cold foam long after many others had stop offering. They also make the protein cold foam thick as we requested... as we come here at least 3x a week or more🫣

Pull up in the drive thru on Monday November 17 at 4:10 pm and ordered the only drink I get from Starbucks which is an iced Matcha latte with brown sugar syrup and extra vanilla cold foam with light ice and the drink was very clumpy the Matcha wasn’t even mixed right instead of light ice they gave me extra ice overall the drink was super bitter although if they made my drink right it should not be bitter at all. It was super weird. I wasn’t even offered a straw I have been to the Starbucks multiple times and this is the first time it happens.

Fantastic customer service! They announced when they started making my drink, they announced when they were finishing it so I knew to be ready for it at the counter. I sat and did some work and the barista came around asked if I needed water or anything else. Was really fantastic and a joy to be here. Kudo's to the entire team.

I usually always have to settle for a carmel macchiato that is made with legit just milk and syrup , i go to any other starbucks and its always made correctly, but for some reason the starbucks closest to me always makes it with milk and syrup and then catches a attitude when i ask if they can remake it. just frustrating. love the afternoon crew :))

i was there last week, i just sit there and look through my phone before buying my faourite frap capachino vinte. And the manager came and asked me to leave the store cause i didnt have my frap that time and i was about to order. She was very rude i have to find her name and i will update her name. She was very racist.

I stopped by in the drive thru today October 22 2025 9am and ordered my husband his daily staple a grande iced hazelnut shaken espresso with oat milk vanilla sweet cream cold foam with light ice caramel drizzle lightly lining the cup with cinnamon and pecan crunch on top of the cold foam with two pumps of pecan syrup. There was a gentlemen standing outside at the menu taking orders and that experience was pleasant and efficient. When I made it to the window a women with gray or white dyed hair abruptly stuck a straw out the window when I pulled up and told me my total. I gave her my card and she didn't take it she wanted me to take the straw and then give her the card so I obliged. She quickly handed me my drink that visibly had a substantial amount of ice no caramel in the cup and missing the top on the cold foam. I gave her back the drink and politely said I'm sorry there's a few things missing and told her what the issue was she took the drink gave it to another lady and told her what I said that individual lady turned toward the drive thru and peeked out the window at me to see what race I was and immediately became visibly disturbed. She got another cup squeezed caramel drizzle in the cup and poured the drink from the incorrect cup into the cup with the caramel drizzle. Everyone knows once this is done the cold foam vanishes and any topping that may have been on top. She then proceeded to put a little ice in the cup and grabbed some milk to make the cup full. Then they proceeded to distribute this milk drink infused with coffee to me. I then said I don't see the pecan crunch or the cinnamon powder. That lady got a full size cup and shook cinnamon powder and pecan crunch in it and gave it to me. At this point I took the drink pulled forward got out my car and disposed of it. I will simply dispute the small charge with my bank and never visit this location again.
