Normally have good things to say about Starbucks today was the exception. Love using the mobile app most of the time get my order right no problems even if they're shorthanded understand impatient but today they had quite a bit of people and whoever was at the window was not very good and verifying their orders maybe she was having a tough day I don't know but didn't even bother checking to see what I ordered just gave me my drinks and then one half of the order...
Great drinks, always made exactly how I order them. I’m only giving 4 stars since they really need to build a covered ordering area. I got soaking wet from the rain and all I told them is that I had a mobile order.
Not as good as most Starbucks. The problem I encountered was the lack of employees. There was one person making drinks and another doing practically nothing. The guy making drinks messed up every order, including ours, and had to throw the drinks away and start over. It took twenty minutes to get our order and there was only one customer in front of us.
